How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

One of the ways in which you can help is, let's say your PSA is a friend, a family member or someone very close to you.
You can offer them to use your credit card provided they pay you and you must delete all information once approved just to avoid them doing it again without your consent. You can always do this every month if he or she make a Standing Order on Triple Click. You can always do this until he get a Pioneer master card for himself.
Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

They say you live by example, in SFI every thing you do will show on your page for others to see.
For me personally I always know that an affiliate is doing well by looking at the number of badges they've attained and if they are somehow connected to me, i.e if they are my A2A friends, upline or downline, from my country and even from the same class. I always consider the number of badges they earned and see if I can achieve them as well. The interesting thing is, they may not know, but their examples is what teaches me.
