What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

SFI is a company worth being proud to be a part of. It requires all who join to be ethical and honest and that is huge. All the training and support is offered at no cost to the affiliate. All they need to do is use it and learn how to be their own boss. That gives each and every person who becomes part of the programme the opportunity to set their own hours, have more time available to spend with their family and friends, to work and learn at their own pace, take holiday time and it is their decision as to how far to take it. If they want just to add a little to their existing income or reach for the sky and build their business as big as they wish. There is no back stabbing or competition to excel. How much you grow it totally up to the individual. Everyone here is willing to help each other to succeed! You won't find that anywhere in a traditional job! There are forums, a2a friends, stream posts and Ask SC that all have massive information and insights to help build your business. Sponsors are fantastic at helping people to learn things they don't understand. There is no better online business than SFI and I am proud to be a part of it!

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?
You can't make anyone do anything they don't want to. All you can do is try to keep in touch with them. Try personal email asking about how they are doing, maybe ask about their family, and fun things about the area they live in. Show an interest in them for more than just the business end of things. Sometimes people will warm up to you and get more interested if you try to be a friend and not just a business associate. Once you have them chatting with you, its easier to talk about helping them with their business.
Remember you want your affiliates to be long term and duplicate what you are doing so don't give up on them. You never know what is going on in their lives, maybe they just need time to get involved.
