I was right there too after my first month. I gave up way to soon. After logging in a few times in my second month I thought "oh this is just a waste of time!" Well on my third month I had seen that I made a few bucks and started investing in a standing order to make sure I made EA2 every month! Well my fourth month rolled around and I promised to log in every day hoping that would help my downline. But it actually turned out to help me! I started logging in every day, watching my money grow, and finally making Bronze two months in a row! I hit first in my class and am working my way up the badge goals till I'm first in every thing!

I would say don't give up! Try making SFI work for you instead of working for SFI!

I find that this job is no different than trying to go door to door filling out applications. Some times the door opens and you get hired and then some never open.

Its no different than working here on SFI. Some affiliates are easy to train and learn the concepts pretty easy and start earning right away so it pushes them to try harder the next month. Then you have those that don't see earnings right away and will only check in a few times a month. Don't give up on them, just try emailing them, contacting them to see if there is anything you can do to help them understand. Communication is the best key!

I try to keep my head up, copy and paste my banners every where I can and hope that the next 5 affiliates will be winners!

I would have to say Genealogy would be the best power tool to me. There you can check and see who is logging in daily, grabbing and meeting their weekly/monthly points,and send messages to those that might be struggling. Plus you are able to gather points by sending out group messages to all your affiliates!
