1. Think a contest game that will catch interest, as member they will ask"what it is for me". Send mail about it, post on your leadership page, blog, in your stream to let them know your putting a game.

2.Make the ground rules to emphasize who are qualify for the contest and rewarding incentives also can motivate participant.

3. Those who want success will take action. They will call for advice and counsel. They will make sacrifices. They will invest a little effort for their own success.

"Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?"

I ask that too to myself when I will be a team Leader what my PSA expect to me?

As I say see my Sponsor Leadership page, I was inspire by her.



You should always motivate your PSA because sometimes they feel not belong and they don't know where to start and what to do. When they ask something try to answer them directly as simple as you can, well you can give a link for information regarding about the question. You must be also an example to them to follow. Acknowledge everyone accomplishment. Encouragement everyone to join in activity..

And a Team leader posses honesty, confidence, understanding, creativity, positive attitude and willing to help and listen.
Anyway we can't please everyone. Just do your best and see you on TOP!!

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

Hi Stephen,

NEVER GIVE UP!!

i signed six months ago and i just started last Nov. i was regret i didnt do it rigth away.
when i learn how to do it i was so happy and i told my friends and
relatives about so they can be with me also but unfortunately they just ignore.
so i told to myself i should show them that im not regret im here and show them im in progress.

NevEr GIVE UP

thats the most valueble that i learned throughout my stay here
and you just need to be determined.

-- read about the ECa program ,ECA ROYALTY and when fully understanding
--tell them what are the benefits that they will get being active ECA
--give an example about they will earn
--who will be a customer, they will be known not only locally but international.
