Good question and I think we all have the same question in some way!

The way of life is that people will try anything, but not necessarily pursue it, when they realise it take commitment and is not a "get rich quick scheme".

Your main focus needs to be on trying to create a "vibe" within your team and encouraging them to stay committed and to persevere. Make sure that you give them the full truth, that nothing in life is a free ride to success. It takes hard work.

Support is the key to their commitment, however, you must never get despondent when they fall by the way. The strong ones will survive and become successful!

I have no doubt that this could be THE most asked question from anyone starting up their own business, however the answer vary slightly!

At first, the greatest investment to be made is TIME, Time and a little more time!!! SFI gives all the tools on a platter, with a step by step guide on what to do - Thus, just the TO DO LIST every day, do the LAUNCH PAD lessons (Try to do 2 per day) and there you have it 1500 VersaPoints, plus, in your first month.

The following month, start and continue the same. Once you continue this daily process and routine, the "bug" will bite and you'll be engulfed by excitement to proceed to winning ways and achieving your goals! If this does not happen, consider moving on!

Now only, do you start to put your investments into action - Your goal here is to get a Standing Order in place. Consider the SO options first before rushing in. You might want to have a few small ones or one larger one!

So, your expected investments to get started - Time time TIME!!!

Then ask yourself the following question:

How much time have I to spend today for the goals of my future? Ask yourself this question daily!!

This question could have various answers, due to different individual opinions.

I would suggest one looks carefully at why I have joined SFI.

Primarily, we have all joined for the good and benefit of ourselves and those around us. Thus, we always want the best for us and our families and hence we are willing to put in the effort to be able to offer a better life!

Bearing this in mind and knowing that input determines our output, then we should focus on working towards our goals, no matter how many hours it takes. I feel that hours should not be the measurement, but rather how effective we spend our time and effort.

Each individual will approach this differently. Should one want to determine the time to spend then I would suggest you time yourself on how long it would take you to do your daily actions, support of your affiliates and your reading and learning of the SFI environment. Next you determine how much time you have to spend on sponsoring initiatives.

By this time you will have a clear indication of how much time, you as an individual should invest on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Great question!

Marketing in general is always met with a great deal of negativity, as you as a marketer, are asking people to part with their money (or that is their perception).

Also bear in mind that there are countless scams out there as well, which have created a great amount of scepticism among all.

Marketing is all about "handling objections"!, Thus saying, you need to improvise a strategy for yourself, putting yourself in the shoe of the "client", playing "Devil's Advocate". So doing you manage to work out possible answers and/or actions to the negativity.

The biggest advise I can offer, is to NEVER get negative yourself, always keep your chin up, and keep going. Always stay positive about your goals and what you have joined SFI for!

Goal setting is not only important for success in SFI, but in life itself!

A goal is simply a means of challenging yourself to achieve, with a clear understanding of what your future plans and dreams are.

Do you get up in the morning, get into your car and drive to wherever the road takes you, or do you have a destination planned?

For this same reason you need to set your goals to become successful in SFI. However, a goal without a plan, cannot be pursued nor achieved!
