Hello Festus!, Good question.

I have to be honest, I storngly disagree with "direct" financial support (by that I mean, directly with money). As harsh as this may seem, this is a serioius business, and business is built upon hard work and personal investment, wether it is of time and/or money.

Depending on your level of knowledge and ranking here in SFI (or even by your own experience with your own Sponsor), you may have noticed that there are many, but many ways to support your PSA´s without it being financialy. There are TCredits to distribute if you have some and dont intend to use them (share them with your best PSA´s as rewards for effort or month qualification), MemberReward Points are given to you when you bid at TripleClicks (trade them for TCredits or actualy buy something at TripleClicks that you can afford with your MemberReward Points and deliver it to your PSA(s)), Free Co-op joining to your PSA´s (just add them to your personal CO-OP for free as long as they demonstrate true passion and dedication to SFI, they will love it and be very thankful to you for it), PSA Reasignments (If you have your own Co-op set up, you can reasign the New PSA´s you get everyday throughout your active PSA´s, you do this at the Genealogy PowerTool), and last but not least, Personal Advice and consultance, your experience is very important to guide them, personal contact works best, take your time with every PSA that is enthusiastic about the business, believe me, it will be worth it.

There may be other ways of supporting that I may have skipped, but I believe these to be the main ones. Although it may not seem, some of them can be considered "financial" support, because in the end you are giving them out free stuff, and that is always good, no matter how small.

I have seen that some people are saying that SFI PSA recruiting within Family is not a "Good idea", and I dont really understand why is that. Family are great PSA´s for me, they are people that you can trust and viceversa (it´s not always the case, but most of the time it is). I´m not saying that all of your family will recieve it with arms wide open and be as accepting of an online business as yourself, because in the end, family or not, everyone has got their own opinion and beliefs about all kinds of things, it depends on the personality of each and every one of us.

Nevertheless, family are usually great PSA´s and can boost your business quite a bit if they are as excited as you are about SFI. The best thing about it is that they will be active! and active PSA´s is one of the things that keeps this business up and running.

But in the end this is just my personal experience and opinion! Dont simply take my word for it, try it out for yourself, the worst you can get is a "no", it doesnt mean they will stop being your family. This is a great business opportunity, you are just putting it out there!

Hi Tami,

Don't despair, I have found myself in that positions more than once. You need to scrape your to do list from to to bottom and analyze it to maximise all VP's available, sometimes there are some "Intermediate Actions" you havent gotten around doing. Dont miss out on the Weekly and Daily actions and maximise those as well.

If you have previously bought TCredits and havent used them yet, then aply them to an auction you think you can win, TripleClicks has recently launched the Junior (Jr) auctions where only mebers with less than 10 Pricebenders Wins can bid, each bud you do will give you an extra VersaPoint. Or if you see the opportunity to bid on a Double MRP (Member Reward Point) auction, do it, with the MRP's ( as long as you have enough) you can buy more TCredits and/or other items such as IHABE membership and get you an extra month without any costs. Ultimately if you find yourself with no other option, then buy single TCredits until you achieve those 1500 VP's

When we are at the beginning of the business is where we will find the most dificulties. Thats why I always say to all my PSA's; "Educate yourself in the business, it will be the best investment you can do", and this applies to either overcoming problems, or going that extra mile to take us to the next level.

To overcome these situations my best advice is to find yourself one (or more, the more the merrier) ECA ( E-commerce Associate). You can make BIG comissions and sustain you business indefinitely. Obviously it isnt easy, but ask yourself, what things worth having come easy? Practically none. An ECA and TripleClicks PRM's will be you answer to sustainabillity and future massive profits, along with the growth of your own SFI team.

Hello Cyndi,

Unfortunately we all will encounter negativity on most aspects of our life, there is just no way around it, and SFI is not an exception to that rule. Scepticism is always a part of online businesses and many people bash it because they either have had a really bad experience with some sort of Scam, or they have just been brainwashed not to accept it just because they dont know how work it or have been told by others not to. But as you can see, these are aspects that we cant work around, we cannot control what other people think or choose to believe, the only thing we can do is show the results afterwards.

So that would actually be my path to move forward, a group of people mocking or saying no to an opportunity that doesnt cost at all isnt my loss, its theirs. We as leaders ar bound to sooner or later find our stars out of the 7 billion people on this planet, its just meant to happen. Showing my results is my respose, even if it takes me a little while to do so, eventually I will, and then I wont even need words to express it. The people around you will eventually be the ones coming to you and asking "how" or "where".

Its just inspiration and hard work, thats all you need. Take advantage of everything the system has to offer and make it work to your needs and objectives, dont hold back because of a few "No's" and "Mehhh's". Transpire success and people will follow. Its the best advice I can give you.

Hi Aaron, this is a valid question, and it deserves a valid answer.

There are many people that imply that this is a business that anyone can do anywhere in the world because there are many online tools inside and outside SFI that can have a huge positive impact on your business, and this is absolutely true. However, what people dont undestand is that in Africa, the "conditions" are not the same as in other countries, internet connection is not constant nor realiable, electricity isnt either, and laptops/pc's are not available for everyone. So you find yourself with many dificulties and stones on your way that other people have rarely encoutered, thus, they are not "conscious" of your dificulties.

In the end there is no easy way, you have to work with the capabilities and means you have around you, make the most of all the tools that SFI provides so you can get organized by setting your goals and helping your PSA's (If you dont have any yet, then take advantage of all the tools and tutorials SFI has available to help you recruit by any means, either paid or free).

What I can guarantee you is that if you do things right and put your heart and soul into it you will certainly reach for the stars and become one yourself. Sometimes our ways and tools localy are not the best but if we put our minds into it, we can become true superstars and a real inspiration for those who are as challenged as us or even for those who have it way easier to go that extra mile.
