With the end in mind, I mean that you have to form a clear mental picture in your mind of what your SFI business would look like. You as the Diamond Team Leader, followed by a team of 1st 5 or more active PTL's, 2nd 25 or more active GTL's, 125 or more active STL's and 625 or more active EA2's and 3125 affiliates, all of them be PSA's, CSA's is a bonus, all with a standing order of 1500VP and all earn a passive income from sales through TripleClicks.

To reach this mental picture you have to educate yourself with the free learning material available in SFI, ask questions if you don't understand something, be teachable, join in discussions in the forum, ask and answer questions in ASK SC and in the forum, admit if you were wrong and always keep your eye on your mental picture. Duplicate what you have learnt to your team, lead by an example how you want your team to do.

Success means to follow through with what you start, then you will succeed in anything also with SFI.

My friend lets look at time period first, there are 24 hours per day and in 7 days there are 168 hours, 40 hours a week get spend on work, 28 hours on driving and eating per week, 56 hours per week or less to sleep, and 28 hours family time, church and social meetings, it left you with 16 hours per week that is left so that mean you have 2.28.... hours per day doing nothing.

So for someone that have money to invest, first ask them if they can commit just 1 hour per day on their future?
Then show them the benefits that you already have with SFI, if you a newbie in SFI, show them the compensation plan or buy a gift card pack and issue them a gift card that they can join Triple Clicks and you can earn commission on their purchase habit and then show them your commission you made. Soon a mindset will take place in that person and they will ask you to join.

I read a lot of good answers and suggestions.

Let look at SFI as a hobby, something like collect guns or knives or cars or whatever you do. Will you start it and not spend any money on collecting new or special items for your hobby?

Now SFI, my downline, are the same as this hobby, your collection will only grow if you invest in your hobby, the same with SFI if you don't invest you will not have results.

Since I joined I saw a lot of members earned leadership status in a very short time span, then I ask myself this question: Did they purchase their status or do they have an active team that will help them to keep that rank in the coming months?

To really upgrade your rank in SFI from EA to Team Leader is when you have an active team that will support your rank as team leader. To create a healthy income in SFI as a team leader, you need an active team behind you or else your pocket will feel it.

The short answer to your question is anytime you have at least 2 or more active members in your downline and that you can help the to achieve the same results that you have.

I'm following all the answers to this question since it came up.

It's one of the most arguable statement, are salespeople born or made.

Anyone is born to do sales or whatever they want to do, it is how the person development were when they grow up that will make or break you.

The first thing that any person that want to go into sales have to learn is that people buy products or services and you are the one that have to develop yourself in mastering the game.

As I told many sales executives before on my team, "Remember the customer is king and they know what they want. You, on the other hand, have to sell yourself and what I meant by that are, you have to learn the product, learn the customers behavior and must know how to build a relationship with the customer. Never try to make a sale on the first call and never force your product down the customers throat."

This is the most important thing ever in sales, relationship, trust and quality of service delivery.
