The best way I believe to help promote a new ECA is to connect my TConnect page to theirs. That way anyone visiting my page sees who I am connected with. The ECA's I am connected with also show on my SFI leadership page which in turn broadens their exposer.
I also list their Page link on my Social network pages (FB and Twitter) to let everyone that visits my social network page that I recommend their products.
I also use traffic exchange sites and would recommend to the new ECA that they list their TripleClicks advertisement on traffic exchanges also.

The best way to use TripleCLicks gift certificates is by giving them to your new PSA's or CSA's to help them get started. They can buy helpful books or advertising materials in the form of TripleClicks Xcards or Promo Postcards, which are found under "Products" and SFI at TripleClicks.
It is inspiring to beginners that someone would give them money in the form of gift certificates because if they weren't making money they certainly wouldn't be giving it away.
My first month, one of my Upline sent me $5.00 gift certificate. I purchased some $1.00 books and my W3 kit with it. The second month the same upline person sent me a $10.00
which I used to purchase my 100 TCredits with.
When you invest your time and money in someone they do take notice and it has inspired me to do the same.
And if the person you send the gift certificate to doesn't use it, then it is returned to you, so you can pass it on to someone else.
