As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

I have done something similar with assigning PSA's to affiliates.
In fact, for me, letting affiliates know that if they make EA then I will assign 5 affiliates to them. This not only gives incentive for affiliates to attain EA but also helps you to grow. I think this is a growth experience for affiliates because when you assign these to your affiliate you are giving them a chance to grow by experiencing having an affiliate, like learning to send team email, tracking progress etc.
I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

I will do my best to answer this as I am fairly new to this but I am thinking that if you purchase some and then give them to your friends and family, this will drive traffic to your site. From there the people that you have referred and provided gift cards to will not only give you business on your website but hopefully will purchase more and tell others about the site so this will grow that part of the business.
