It's a very good question. According to me the one thing that keeps me motivated and has helped me to become successful is daily logging activity. Daily logging is great morale booster if you ask me. I have been the part of other programs too, but they they only pay attention to recruiting more and more affiliates.
By logging in daily i have learned many things about internet business and the best thing about this is it never lets my morale go down. There are many days when your marketing techniques are not working people in your email list blacklist your email address, online marketing is not easy, but daily logging is a source of my motivation and i will keep depending on it. Daily tips tab, scoreboard tab ask SC tab these all things keep me motivated and keep on telling me that i am going somewhere. No. of badges earned by you also comes under this.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

I would support PSA. I am not saying one should not pay attention to ECA's. If we talk about PSA there is a lot of scope of improvement. A PSA can achieve the ranks of BTL, STL, GTL and PTL that will sky rocket your residual income. There is also a option of setting up of advertising Co-op available which i think is a great option to save money and motivate your affiliates.
On the other hand if we talk about recruiting ECA's, most of the times people are interested in buying digital products because physical products take more time in delivery and not many things can be done if you did not get the product according to your requirement. Digital products include ebooks and softwares which are usually cheaper and so are your commissions. If you want to recruit ECA's try to do it within your area and connect them to affiliates which are of your country.

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Most of the times what happens is people are very happy to become EA in the first month without investing any money, but when they come to know in order to maintain their EA status again they have to invest a little bit they are jolted back.
They think of SFI as some kind of trap all because of the experiences they have had before with other online programs. You can't blame them all you have to do is make them believe they are in the right place. Their are many people in the SFI who want to have a successful business but are afraid to spend some money. You should make a list of such affiliates and talk to them outside SFI. You should tell them to log in daily and maintain the rank of EA. Logging in daily is itself very motivating activity people usually ignore it.

How can I get my affiliates active with TripleClicks?

I have been reading the answers to this question. Most of the people who are just starting up fear what if they will not be able to get back what they are investing, like consider the example of S-builder, if a person buys one s-builder unit and the affiliates he get do not convert he might loose his interest in this wonderful product and might not invest again. The same can be said in the case of T-credits also as if a person is not able to win a auction he might think it as a waste.
The only thing you need to teach to your affiliates is to be patient success will come. Without triple clicks sfi cannot exist, and if they are not willing to make minimal investment 'business' word is not meant for them. They can treat it as 'rent', 'tuition fees' or whatever they like but they should invest. There is no business that i know of exist online where you can get successful without investing.

It's a good question. I think every person asks this question when he or she enters the online business world. Why do i have to recruit people to make my business work? But as you can see its not about SFI only, there is no business present in online community which can be successful without involving people.
People power is the ultimate resource if you ask me, and idea of any online business is to give the power to the people itself.
You can think of duplication as a 'movement' one person starts it and along the way he gathers many people like him who want to be the part of his revolution, there are many obstacles along the way, and one day that person succeeds he gets the credit, but do you think he would have done it all by himself.
Online business is all same its like treating people in your downline as your family and teaching them what you think is important for their business. Thank you.

I feel the same way many times, why am i doing this, i should stick to my normal job and may be this thing is not meant for me. But then my friend i have dreams i doesn't let that moment of freedom fade away from my mind, i come here every day with enthusiasm, i have joined this industry because i am fed up with my daily life.

I have been reading answers to your question so far. Everybody is right. Definition of leadership states that a person who has a vision in his mind and he helps develop the same vision in the mind of his people and takes the group towards their goals. You cannot expect to succeed if the people in your team are not working their goals.
Now you have to watch out what your team expect from you. In my opinion you should update your leadership page status on a regular basis. You should hold contests because whatever anybody says prizes are the best source of motivation. Their will be some members who will never become active whatever you do. Learn the art of let go. Keep asking questions from your sponsor. And whenever you send mails to your downline try to be as professional as possible. Avoid grammatical or spelling mistakes, these are things that i have learned since i have joined SFI. Thank you.
