For me,best investment is S-Builder.It helps you get those needed affiliates that boost your income.But beware,you must first excercise your sponsoring skills,to keep your affiliates working,PSAs or CSAs.

Another great investment are TCredits.With them,you can buy stuff at TripleClick and,also,paricipate in auctions and win valuable stuff for a low cost.Stuff like Gift Cards,IAHBE membership,months of active S-Builder etc.

You can also invest in yourself by buying some e-books about marketing and affiliate tricks,so you can improve yourself and be an awesome sponsor for your team.

SFI provides exceptional support on this matter and gives a thousands of tips and tricks to start with your business.There is big grey button "START" on your SFI Homepage.Many useful things there and of course big blue button "SFI BASICS".Best two buttons here.

Implement:

Now,when you finished the learning part,it's a good time to implement the things you know.Inviting people,tutoring them,explaining the things they don't understand.Making your SFI family bigger,stronger.Knowledge is power,so more knowledge equals more efficent group.

Sponsoring:

Being an awesome sponsor can give you many advantages in your SFI business.Finding people to join your group is one thing,but sponsoring them is another.Being reasonable and hardworking can get you long way,because people interact in the same way you do.Monkey see,monkey do,that sort of thing.Couraging affiliates to do more for themselves,rewarding the hardworking ones,answering question are a few things a sponsor should be able to do.

Ask SC,one of the best ways of learning.

For me,personally,Ask SC helped me a lot.
Always interesting questions and friendly people to answer them.

Of course,you can participate in that by adding your own answers based on your expiriences with SFI and Tripleclicks.

For me,it helped with stuff like,what to buy,where to look,how to do something etc.
All that helped me to be where i am today.I have a nice team,working team.I help them however i can to improve them too.And,based of their experiences,they are answering the questions themselves and helping others in this great community.

Not to forget,you get a nice badge for bragging rights and people know that you are a person they can rely on.And,of course,if your answers are "on the point" good,you can get a nice reward,in VersaPoints (First=100VP,Second=50VP,Third=25VP).

So,the conclusion is one,participating in Ask SC is a good thing to do.Helping others,sharing experiences and improving on day to day basis.

Goals,like in an every human being,motivate individuals to do something for their well-being.

So,setting goals in SFI,will probably do the same to you in your business.Improve it.

Getting new people into your business,teaching them,improving your rank,helping others (in the same matter someone helped you) etc.
Achieving these goals is the main thing,but don`t set your goals too high in the begining.As the old saying says,"Stretch yourself,only as much as you are long."
Setting goals that are too high can be de-motivating and,as a result,bad for your improvement.

So,matter of a fact,goals are important,but be reasonable.
