It is important to have a photo on your account for a few reasons. If you have a photo on your account it lets your upline and especially your downline know that you are a real person, that you are serious about your investment in this business. Just like any other business if you spoke to someone over the phone who wanted to deal with you in a business manner, you might not be so incline to participate. If you were to meet with someone in person or Skype with them you would be able to identify the business with an actual person.
As far as your upline and downline, it will also help them to personally identify with you, grow a relationship with you. One of the greatest things you can have when doing business, is a trusting relationship. I personally would rather join a business venture with someone I can relate to, a face.

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?
In my oppinion, the TCredits are one of the smartest ideas for a Standing Order. You get your 1500VP's automatically that gives you the EA status, and you can use those TCredits to bid on Tripleclicks, which gives you 1 actionVP for every bid. With those bids you can win Auctions for very cool and needed items. I just recently won an Auction for 300TCredits which I use to go on and win 50CSA's and 25PSA's. So if I was looking for a Standing Order, it would definately be the TCredits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
