My answer to your question is, do not give up on them. It is your role as a co sponsor to give them encouragement and direction on how to navigate this business.
When I joined SFI, I didn't know what I was really getting into. I found this business through searching on internet, and I was skeptical at first. It was my sponsor and other upline individuals who made me realise that this business is worthwhile.

The CSAs are your team members. As a leader you provide vision , direction and inspiration. Inactivity on their part could mean they do not share your vision...it's our duty to:

1. Create awareness of what this business is about.
2. Explain the benefits and what's in it for them
3. Give them knowledge on how to do succeed. Paste some of the launchpad information to their mail, this might generate interest and they will want to find out more.

As a sponsor, i fell into a trap of trying to encourage such affiliate by providing them with gift cards to give them an experience of shopping on TripleClicks.

I have been in this business for 15 months, i have learned the following:


1) Affiliates who expect instant returns are not worth "handling". I monitor their progress, and realised that they go through the LaunchPad in 2 or 3 days to get 1500 VPs, and expect payments.

2) They have a sense of entitlement and are not willing to invest, but they want to earn money. If this was so, everyone SFI affiliate would be rich, and financial problems would be solved for millions of unemployed people in developing countries like mine in South Africa.

3) They are in this business for wrong reasons, and its high time you tell them to explore other "get rich quick schemes" that they could find on the web. They are in a different programme that will not serve them.

4) If they are willing to listen, sponsoring them and coaching them every step of the way is the best approach.

I did not realise the importance of MRPs until i accumulated approximately 9000 MRPs. I used them to purchase T Credits and continued to bid on auctions. I did not win an auction, but i kept buying more credits and accummulating more VersaPoints from bidding on price benders.
This helped me to achieve 500 Action Points which contributed hugely to becoming a BTL.
I also bough e books that are so helpful as i read them from my iPad when I am flying.

Explaining the importance of MRP is an intellectual exercise, I suggest you encourage your PSAs to make some investment and trust the SFI processes, they will get the experience and the benefits. Without commitment, you cannot get rewards.
