I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

Here is what I have do:
It is important that you need to have the great attention subject line to capture them to open your email. You talk about your personnel stuff and let them learn you more.
In the content of the email, you have to provide the information that you have promised to provide them.
Share about the value information that you have learned or value them
Show them how the information can help them and related back when to their want and need.
Last the most important. You have a call to action to lead them to perform action.

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

Everyone loves gift and surprise. It is nice to received give and recognition from their sponsor. For me I suggest give it to my active PSA who do the business daily. This provides encouragement to the active PSA. I also suggest giving it to relative/friends as a token to transfer their daily purchased product from the TripleClicks. Those who having their own personnel website it also can give away from the website when they register and access, this is as a appreciate token for them to give them precious them to explore the system and get them in the business or purchase. It may boost your sale in the TripleClicks.

In one sentence, how do you respond when someone asks you about the business you are involved in?

When someone asked about the business that I have involved, I will tell honestly about the SFI business with enthusiasm. This is important you may transfer the positive energy to them and bring a positive result.
I will say:
“Currently I am working with a great internet marketing business in SFI. Would you like to know more?”
They may doubt the business or may think is a scam. And they may ask: “Is this a pyramid business?” So what you can use ask question to question method to answer yours prospect. “What is pyramid?” When they answer you and or may not answer. You can understand your prospect thought. You can elaborate about what is the pyramid. I will them this is not scam. There is an exchange of product and service, this will not the money game.
They may agree or not. You can further to give example to them. I will ask them about their company and all companies in pyramid structure?

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Here are my respond:
1. I will not take it personnel and move on to the next prospect.
2. I will smile and say thank you them for reject their opportunity and I do not sad because I already treasure my SFI opportunity.
3. I will re-framing all the negative sentence and thought into positive words and thought.
4. I will review my conversation between prospect and further understand their negative thought.
5. I will help them to further understand the positive part of the SFI when the next meet up.
The key points we have to retain our positive though out the SFI business, all negative though should trash away.

Has anyone used Skype or other video chat service with their team members...and was it effective?

I found Skype or other video chat service is more effective and it is more personnel touch and feels like talking to each other. Somehow it will be challenge if there is a language challenge and time zone challenge. SFI has built in the chat. It is very convenient to use SFI live chat. We can use the Google translator if using the different language.
What are the benefits of using an auto-responder system in SFI...or should I not use one?

I am great that SFI system includes auto-responder in SFI and it is free. You do not need to spend addition cost to get another auto-responder. I encourage you should use the SFI auto-responder. Let me tell you why we should use the auto-responder.
1. You may not know when you have an opt-in new sponsor member. Auto-responder will help you to send in the first welcome message in time when they receive a new opt-in member.
2. Auto-responder are an incredible way to keep in touch with your team, share even more contents and information. You do not worry to miss any one of your members.
3. If will not be put it as a junk mail or spam mail, if we send multiple email. Especially if you have a big team.
4. You save your time to manage your emails address.
Auto-responder system in SFI is a great tool. Everyone should use it.
