What qualities does one need to have or to develop to be successful with SFI?

Hi Hello,
The only qualities I think one need to have are:-
a) the ability to communicate with others;
b) the ability to read.
SFI is full of information. You must be able to read and comprehend what you are reading. Also, you must be willing and able to communicate with others. Your downline will need your support, so there is going to be a time when you must communicate what you have learnt to your PSA's and CSA's.
Communication and Reading (comprehend) goes hand in hand in order to be successful.

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

there is really not a pacific time to reassign psa's.
it has been said that you only need five (5) psa/csa on your downline.
if you are 'a new team leader', i would recommend that you wait a little to see exactly who are your serious movers before reassigning any psa.
keep in mind that you may have 300 psa and only 1 or none is active. watch the trend.

i honestly believe the two are in the same. the initial contact is important - this let the affiliate knows that you are there and is interested. the follow-up too is important. treat others like you want to be treated. i would mostly like a follow-up to check-in to make sure all is going well and if there is any thing that you can do.

to answer your question:
i market my business by doing the following:-
1) locally in the newspaper, community notices,etc.
2) post flyers on public noticeboards/ billboards.
3) tell my friends and family about the business (word of mouth).
4) with my google account (any free advertising link).
5) make business cards and hand out to the public.
