Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

Hello,
I think that it has to do with the expectations of people who are joining our program. There are couple of types of these people:
- Those who think that they are going to find a fortune over night
- Those who have the mindset of the "employee" (expects to take no responsibility and no risks)
- Those who do not have time (read: do not like to read) for "this kind of business"
- Those who have joined several money making programs (you must focus on just one if you want to be successful)
These kind of people will never advance in SFI, because they are not thinking like an entrepreneur, and thus they are destined to fail or quit.

What was the best advice you ever got from your upline and how has it helped you?

He said to help others on SFI forum, because that way you will double check your answers and read about relevant subject before you post, and that is the best way to learn SFI business. Also, you read what other people are posting and there are some great guys and girls from whom you can learn a lot.
What should SFI affiliates do every day to build their SFI business?

Actually there are only two things that every affiliate needs to do:
1. Learn from reading training lessons (remember: readers are leaders)
2. Put your new knowledge in practice, because if you do not do that, what is the point of acquire all of that knowledge.
Also, many people are trying to read as much as possible, thinking to themselves: "I need to make it perfect, if I read one more thing I am closer to perfection". You need to take action, no matter that it might not be perfect. Perfection comes over time.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

Hello,
You can always remind your PSAs via TeamMail or Stream. How are they going to rate you is entirely up to them. If you are good sponsor, if you are "working with the workers" then the rating is going to be just fine.
One more thing: do not force your PSAs to give you a good rating, ratings must be deserved.
