What is your best way to motivate your downline?

I must establish a communication strategy very effective and i search to respond as much as possible when the affiliates need to help.Important communicate to skype, emails.I think the first thing that we should do to motivate them to engage in long term endeavor is to start with ourselves. I feel my sponsor has did a great job,so I will follow his advice and start growing my team.
What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

I have noticed that a lot of people join SFI because it's free to join then they think that they will be earning loads of money without doing anything.Make sure every affiliate you sponsor has checked out the To-Do List at their SFI homepage. I have many of such. But what I do is send them regular attractive and encouraging mails.
If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

The key is to continually build your downline.
One of the best way as per my point of view. Try to make a good & strong team ,having a larger downline is greatest advantage for you. These are what you should focus on to create a strong team and to createa full-time income in SFI. Once you are done with a good team, you'll already have a good constant income.

Have you ever known that you can achieve greatness by just expecting to succeed. Positivity should never be underestimated, always believe that success is just around the corner, or at the next stop, or along that particular path that you have taken.
Whatever you start, be prepared to see it to completion and fruition. Loosing steam along the way may become a habit-so you get to be known as a starter and never a finisher.
Anything worthwhile should be fought for. Determination counts for a lot...ask any mountain climber.
End of the month is coming. Focus on your goal. Make sure you reach at least EA position (1500 VP) by end of the month.
