The best and most valuable use of your personal SFI website as per me are:
1) A website will show strong online presence of you.
2) You can recruit PSA's to SFI thru your website.
3) You can add your personal details and photo in your profile, so that visitors will come to know that you are a real person.
4) Write articles on SFI on regular basis, so that your down line and newbies can make use of it.
5) You can add tutorial videos of SFI.
6) You can spread success stories of online marketers, those who are in SFI.
7) Website is a best way to market SFI/TC products.
8) You can involve your down line in terms of getting suggestion from them on how to improve your website.

Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

I appreciate you for such a wonderful question, me too waiting for the tons of answers for this question.
In my both option is good, but I suggest you to refer more PSA's to SFI, because once the member joins as PSA under you , he will become TC member too by default, so that you can get both the benefits in long term, provided that the PSA should stay active.
If you refer only TC member you only will get DC from the purchase, but if he/she is a PSA then you will get more benefits like:
1)Matching VP
2)Bonus action VP for supporting a EA2,BTL,STL,GTL and PTL.

Yes, you should assist them, because any sales from your personally referred ECA's will give you 10 % commission, that too for your life time.
Once you referred your ECA to TC store, SFI will take care of setting up a store.But selection of products is the crucial stage, there you can analyze the products already listed in TC store and you can choose product in such a way that it should be innovative, new and it should have global customer. Because products listed in TC store is accessed by people world wide, so care to be taken that the product should be universal and available with competitive price, so that it can generate more sales and in turn will help you to get more commission.

First I should congratulate you for having such a wonderful idea.
The benefits of making a forums and do web seminars in different languages:
1) You can attract many affiliates from different country & language.
2) Many people will think that SFI is only for those who is having knowledge of English, but this idea can bring many such people to SFI.
3) People can better understand the things with their own language.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

In SFI, once you refer an ECA remaining things will happen automatically, because SFI system will take care of that.
Still you want to advice your ECA, you can make a survey in TC store and suggest some products which is not listed there. So that you can increase your sales inturn the commission.
Regarding pricing, the ECA will be the best person to decide on it, but you can advice that the price should be competitive
