Genealogy helps in knowing the performance of your team members collectively and individually and helps in guiding and motivating them either as a group or individually. A good tool for knowing and working together.
What form of advertisement have you found to be most successful in sponsoring new affiliates?

Instead of spreading the effort over a number of instruments for advertising, I would prefer to work on making the advertisement appealing and convincing and restrict to a few locations with multiple streams. TrafficSwarm could be one effective way,

Goals are likely to be different for each one of us. As such, first of all, think about the practical possibilities and framework of SFI and the time you can spare on the SFI business, and then quantify your goals.
Any un-quantified goal is neither measurable nor achievable.
And then, keep the activities simple and structured.
What is the best way to get new affiliates to focus on the E365 competition?

The ONLY method of making the new affiliate be in contention for the E365 award is to make him aware of it on the day of joining SFI while welcoming your PSA. Other things will follow once the ogoal is defined.
