I know from experience, family, friends, colleagues always ask me that question.
I told them, I am working at an online free business, where you get your free training, reading, learning and a lot of valuable resources that helps you with your business. SFi its been around for 14 years, and this is the best online business that I came around, with a good system and heaps of products that helps ECA business to expose their business through Triple clicks all around the world.
I meet different people in my team all over the world, that is why this SFI is the best amazing online program in history.

Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Me too, I just qualified as BTL, but I know I have a continue standing order that will keep me going each month, including the to do list that log in everyday and there alot of valuable resources to keep you going to your destination. Well done and keep focus.

Have enough credits for price benders auctions. Check to see what time for any special auctions to start. Make sure to record your email or sms to remind you when auctions start. Don't get in too early because it takes so long to finish. Not only that, but your credit will run out quickly. Try to get into your bidding once you know it's nearly finished or not getting hardly any bets. Even though you don't win anything, you still get more MRP points.
