Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Well 2000 VP you can make it from sales and purchase monthly and 1000 VP you can get it from completing actions on your SFI to do list , if yo do all i'm sure you'll earn more than 1000 ;-)
Is it possible to build a substantial Income with SFI, within 3-5 years, by purchasing ONLY a few S-Builder Co-op shares each month?

No doubt that S-Bulider Co-op is the easiest way to invest your Sfi business . But you have to know that , Hard work bring happiness and success , so make time to your business if you 're really want to build a substantial income .
