How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

Obviously, one must set up a standing order first before thinking of encouraging others to do it.
Furthermore, the best ting I would suggest is to just encourage them to learn the basics here at SFI. They will definitely be instructed and reminded by SFI how important it is to maintain the EA status and that the best way is to be on a standing order.
Those who really want to grow a business will apply the system and do what is needed.
Pushing downlines to set up standing order is self-serving and someone who understands how SFI works will know it and will resent being used.

Recognizing the achievements of your PSAs is important. How do you recognize YOUR PSAs/downline?

The way you would recognize your PSA's downline is to teach your PSAs how to duplicate your actions. Let them know that they should keep in touch with their downline the way you are doing with them. They should encourage their downlines to give them feedback and to come to them or to you with their questions.
