I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

To get someone involved in ECA, sometimes takes a bit of teaching on your part. They may want to get involved in ECA, but don't know where to start. I you have a ECA site show them what you are doing, and show them the money they are missing. Help with them in getting a product that they can sell,but I think the best way is to show them the money they could be making by getting involved in ECA.
What's a good welcome letter to send to new CSAs?

I like to explain to them what they have to do to build there business. And to let them know there upline and myself are here to help them.
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

Most people that join anything are just looking. We all do this.
