PayPal is the best method because it is easy to use, secure, and have sending, receiving, and withdrawing payment options (withdrawal is limited to certain countries, and India is one of them). By linking your debit/credit card to it, you can easily shop online even if you don't have credit in your PayPal account. Also, their rates are agreeable.

Communication...that's what it takes. Be there constantly for your PSAs/CSAs. Respond to their questions, and be honest. Never give them false hopes because SFI is not a get rich overnight scheme. Acknowledge their success. Most of the complaints regarding sponsors are that they never reply to any of the messages, nor offer any advice/help. Hence, communication is the most crucial part in being a good sponsor!
