Well sometimes that is one's judgement call if a hard-working PSA/CSA is truly financially challenged and you decide to help. They could tell you they want to succeed and don't have the funds or they just don't want to use their own money and see how far you the sponsor will go to help. I think the best way to help is by showing and teaching them how to make money in this business, such as free advertising and the best of all word of mouth. The best way to convince your downline the benefits of a Standing Order is to stress the point it really isn't that much money to setup a SO for under $30.00. In reality I think anybody who wants to succeed in this business could afford that. Also with a SO they wouldn't have to worry about working so hard to get EA and they could spend more time working on building their team.

Has anyone used Skype or other video chat service with their team members...and was it effective?

I personally haven't used Skype or other video chat services because my computer is old and a new computer isn't in my budget at this time. I see others have had some good and bad luck with the services. So I prefer to stick with the good old fashion way to communicate with my team members by group support messages such as PSA Mailers, CSA Mailers, team mail, stream that is offered within SFI and also regular email. This has worked great for me so far so why fix something that's not broke!!

What was the best advice you ever got from your upline and how has it helped you?

I was lucky to have a great sponsor who was willing to teach me and answer any questions I had and not be one of the sponsors who just referred a link to read for more information. I was told that this was not a race to the top. Take my time and read to learn a little bit every day and don't get overwhelmed by trying to grab everything in a few days or weeks. Remember that anything worthwhile takes time. All the stuff that looked overwhelming to me right now is really just information to help me
