I want to make sure my affiliates know about and understand the value of the new Milestone Shares. How do I do this?

Beginning on January 1st of this year,2016, everyone in SFI is eligible for Milestone Shares.
This opportunity to earn Milestone Shares only begins after earning one of SFI'S Team Leadership positions (EA2, Bronze, Silver, Gold Platinum, and Diamond)
Once your leadership position is obtained, for each 10 personal VP (VersaPoints) earned you will earn between 10 and 18 shares of Milestone Shares according to your level of leadership. these shares will be posted in the header of your affiliate page.
Each time you hit a new leadership level you will be rewarded a one time bonus commission according to the unexpired Milestone Shares you have accumulated at that point. It is important to note that all Milestone Shares expire after 1 year and you will start over the process of banking points.
You will only be eligible for the bonus one time for each level you obtain. Accumulate as many Shares as you can for a nice bonus!

How do we know that if we stay with SFI that we will make money and become successful?

There are many ways to check and see if you can make money if you Stay with SFI.
Click on the Support tab at the top of your home page; scroll down to where it says up-line click on it. Contact each of your up-line members, introduce yourself and chat with them about being successful and making money. I'm sure they will give you great proof.
Go to the Leaders tab and go right down the list checking with as many folks as you want about your question; I know you will get great feedback there too.
I can tell you from personal experience, yes you can be successful and make money but it doesn't happen overnight. If you follow all the guidelines that are provided by SFI, study all the lessons, read everything you can find on the site. (Take notes for yourself) Log in every day and complete your to do list.
Go to the Forum and browse the questions , look at the answers, look at the top people giving those answers; They can provide you with great information.
As you can see from just these suggestions there are a lot of ways to find out the answer to your questions; the best way is by doing what you are told and following through daily with what SFI has prepared for you to be successful and you can't lose my friend. It is all good!

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

The best approach starts with the recruitment process. If your advertisements are direct and honest about the possibilities with SFI then you are less likely to have problems instructing a new signup how to go about the process of becoming a leader with SFI.
If you purchase "guaranteed signups" then buyer beware! Most of these signups only join because they get paid a few cents to do so, and never have any intention of participating. However; that said even those who join in the aforementioned fashion are worth contacting and sharing the opportunity with them; you may spark their interest and get a "diamond" and not just a lump of coal.
No matter how you recruit you must spend time by emails, direct phone contact, or Skype, training them in the proper ways to advance in their new business. If you act like a professional in all your contacts with your new people you will soon have professionals in your team.

What good methods can I use with the new DIGITAL TripleClicks TCards?

There are many opportunities to use the new digital TripleClicks gift cards.
One method would be to email them to your PSA and CSA who are interested in becoming members, this will give them the opportunity to see how TripleClicks works.
Another method is similar to handing out the cards. Go to businesses in your area and explain the program to them and invite them to join and sell their products.
Use a lead capture page on the internet offering the opportunity to join a new auction and sales platform.
Tell all your friends and relatives "it's time to clean out the basement and garage" then explain why and how they can sell their unwanted items.
I believe that almost anything you can think of will work when offering gift cards. the main thing to make sure of is their interest, if you do a good job explaining the program that should peak their interest to want to try it out, then offer the digital gift card.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Many people are out to get as much as they can without doing anything to get it. Because anyone can join SFI as a free member they expect that maney will fall from the sky with no effort to get it.
The old proverb "It takes money to make money" certainly applies to our business; once you get it across to your affiliates that they will not advance and make money until they are willing to invest in their business you will have a hard time convincing them of anything.
What are the best methods to distribute TripleClicks TCards to attract PRMs and increase sales?

Distributing gift cards can be done in many ways. I have done it by going to businesses and asking if they would like a free TripleClicks gift card worth $12 that they could use to checkout the fastest growing online selling platform to sell their items from their stores. I have done this with success.
Mailing them to people you know or to people from your other online ventures who are in your downline woks very well too.
Advertising in online text ad services for free. advertising them on traffic exchanges.
Also your social media contacts, like Facebook Twitter Pinterest etc.
Leaving them with your tip when you eat out.
Giving them to the pizza delivery people (readily accepted by these folks looking to make extra money)
Basically you could give out way more than 30 a month by giving one to everyone you come into contact with, but only 30 a month that's the limit.
I hope I have given you a few ideas and there are probably many more to find in the SFI Forums and literature.

Before you think about which affiliates will generate you the most income, you should first work at learning how to grow into an EA2 or TL position. until you understand how to get those ratings on a consistent basis you will make very little money. You should concentrate on building a team of quality EA2 and Team leaders. once you have great team the money will come naturally from all areas. Team first then ECA's You will find that most of your quality team members will become E-Commerce Associates themselves.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

Obviously you can't twist anyone's arm to do anything, but communication is the key.
Not only through PSA mailer, but through personal e-mails and skype if available.
the more people hear from you, in all forms of communication, the more they will get to know you as a person and will begin to trust what you say.
Also your contests have to be doable and the reward should fit the action.
Communicate, communicate, communicate, this is the way to their hearts and minds!
How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

It should not be difficult to convince your partner of the value of SFI if you have kept them abreast of the business you have been doing online. Most especially if you are successful they will already be backing you %100
If you have not informed your partner of your online business yet, be sure you are on your way to success before you try and explain how successful you are going to be.
In any case explain how SFI provides you with all the tools you need to succeed
in the world of online entrepreneurship, and show how committed you are to succeed, then it should not be hard to convince to join in your success.

When dealing with a skeptical prospect The first thing I mention is the longevity of SFI. Sixteen years online is one of the finest track records of any business on the internet. considering the internet has only been open to the public for business around 18 years.
The prospect should know just from looking around his own town that many "brick and mortar" stores won't stay in business that long. Have the prospect do his own search on the internet for SFI and see how high they are ranked.
If you have been doing business online with SFI for awhile show them your own success then show the success of others.
Have them join SFI and walk them through the process to show them how it works. all this should convince any skeptic that SFI is a legitimate company.
