Let us see how TC Executive Pool works. At the end of every month we determine the total CV (Commission Volume) from all sales at TripleClicks. 40% of this total CV amount becomes the TripleClicks Executive Pool. We then determine how many shares have been earned and divide the total pool amount by the number of shares earned. This determines the share value each month. Provided you have scored at least 1500 VP for the month, you earn one share of the pool for each of your VersaPoints.

Examples:

A. You score 1725 VP for the month, so you earn 1725 shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool

I have three ways to present SFI Compensation Plan to my group so that they are excited about working and learning with SFI:

1. I will copy the "Compensation Plan" in a word Document/word Pad. Copy & keep it ready for sending.

2. Send a CSA/PSA Mailer to the group.

3. You can use mails of individual PSAs

4. Place your Compensation on your Blog & redirect your group of SFI affiliates to it.

I would give my own example. I joined SFI thrice. First two times I learnt a lot but due to bad sponsor, I had no guidance. The second reason was scarcity of funds. In fact you wont earn any thing worth while till 6 months have passed & you do not have some 3-4 Executive Affiliates under you.

First time I could enroll about 300 Affiliates but only one was EA. My monthly income never exceeded than dollars 4 or 5. But I I continued. I had to discontinue when my Credit Card was out of funds.

Now again I joined & now I have 2 EAs & one one BTL under me. My monthly income is more than my subscription of dollars 29,95.

The best way is to contact your Affiliates who become dormant that they need not quit. They are not failure till they quit. A man can fail many times, but he is not a failure till he gives up.

The second thing I would do & have started doing is to promote their link free of cost to get them some affiliates so that they do not lose heart & patience.

In extreme case upgrade your movers & help them till they stand on their own feet. This would we a great help for you in the long run/

Its rightly said SFI is not a 100 meters sprint race, its a marathon. You need to win the marathon.

2. Triple clicks Milestone “ Triple Clicks reaches 1.5 Million Members”
3. After Reading beautiful “Compensation plan”
4. After reading “Price Bender’s page”
5. After going through the “Growth Page”
6. After Reading “SFI Basics”
7. And after going though “IAHBE” opportunity
These are sufficient reasons to believe that SFI is a “Get-Rich-Quick” Business. But if they would go though “Launch Pad” properly, they would realise it takes minimum of 3 years to see a real income in SFI.

Simply enrolling more affiliates means chances to get more EAs. Also you will increase your TC sales by affiliates & EAs. More EAs means more deep generations of affiliates. If everything is added up, you are are on the right right tack to earn money without even selling TC products. What a wonderful idea to have more affiliates.

As per me Triple Clicks Credit & Gift Certificates are less important incentives, coz they are one time & short lived. The best incentive for your affiliates would be to teach them how to earn more Versa Points on the SFI. How to maximize their earning. Teaching them step by step all the method to earn money on SFI would go a long way in their lives. They will always remember you for the guidance you provided them at the crucial time when they were new in the business. I am saying that you need not send them Credits & Gift Certificates, but the are secondary. More importance should be given to training & duplication. Duplication is key to success. This will create a Legacy Income for you as well.

After Welcoming them I send them a message on "HOW TO EARN MORE VERSA POINTS?" as follows:

" I wanted to share some FREE ways to get the points needed to become an EA or Team Leader. Many of us have already used the points for the training material, etc. that garner lots of points, BUT here are some other ways.
1. Every day you can earn 10 VP for a total of 300 points in a 30 day month just by doing the following:

Click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, click on the rectangle at the bottom "I have reviewed this information" to receive one point.
Do the same for the "tips" tab, "stream" tab, "tripleclicks" tab, "scoreboard" tab, "a2a" movers, "movers" tab, and "growth" tab to get one point each.
Click on "the latest items at tripleclicks" link under your "to-do list" tab to receive 2 points each day.
All of the above actions total 10 easy Versa points that you can get each day meaning you get 300 points IF you do this each day in a 30 day month. :-)

2. Get 35 points each week for a total of 140 points a month by doing the following:

Click on the link "your Tconnect page" under the "weekly actions" under your "to-do list" tab once a week to earn 5 points. I usually do this either Sunday or Monday each week.

Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "genealogy". Click on "Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group" to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 points each week. Do this also on Sunday or Monday each week. Also use this opportunity to share helpful tips and hints.

3. Once a month click on "submit ratings" under "monthly actions" under your "to-do list" tab to recieve 10 points each month.
So far, ALL of the above actions give you 450 easy points. To become an EA you need 1050 more points.

4.
