Certainly, you need to reach out to affiliates on your 2nd,3rd and other generation levels. This forms part of the general support system in SFI in helping to build good business for all of us. Let us suppose that they do not have an effective Sponsor(s). They will not be effective Affiliates without your support. However, as a matter of principle, you should go about the support cautiously so that it may not appear as if you are taking over the responsibility of their sponsor(s) or undermining him

Sponsoring Affiliates in SFI has many benefits for both SFI as a business and the Sponsor on the other hand. An increase in the number of Affiliates through sponsorship means more Internet Marketers and more business for SFI. This translates into more ECAs, more products and customers at TripleClicks. This will make SFI more popular as Marketing Group.
The benefits for Sponsor are quite significant.

This is an interesting question. There are many ways one can motivate your downline. I would consider the following ways.
1. Communicating with your downline frequently at least once a week.
2. Guiding your down line very well about how to build their business especially in advertising, team building and investment.
3. You have to draw their attention to important announcements and other posts in SFI.
4. Depending on the availability of your resources, you can organize contests;

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

It is good advice to say that whether a CSA responds to your mails or not, you have to keep on communicating in the hope that he or she will respond some day. It may be that the CSA is having some peculiar problems. It may also be that the CSA is a tire kicker. I still maintain that it is safer to continue communicating. There should be nothing like giving up. It is like pouring water on a stone hoping that it will soften some day.

Why does it seem like everyone who joins SFI think it's get-rich-quick?

Naturally, many human beings want to acquire wealth quickly without much effort. It is not surprising that the Internet is awash with thousands of people and companies with websites claiming to have the magic wand, formulae or techniques to make people rich within weeks or months. Most of these people are scams who dupe the unsuspecting victims even for as low as one Dollar. These people use tricks and convincing words to get people to sign on their programs. Thus some people who are sponsored to
