I don't believe "Cold Calling" is a good method for attracting new PSAs these days reason being that there is a great concern and high awareness about the prevalence scammers who retrieve telephone numbers to solicit money from victims by telephone calls informing them of lottery winnings and other so people are afraid and suspicious of any unknown caller. It would be best use your "Warm Market" by calling on friends family and acquaintances, they will be less suspicious and more readily accepting.
