Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

If you ask me, i will say that you have to do the two.
As Tripleclick should be your personal shop where over 90,000 variety of goods from across the globe is being displayed & sold everyday & i am very sure as a person, you will not want to miss out of the bounties sales profit generated & shared among affiliates.
While on the other hand, sponsoring SFI affiliates provides you the opportunity of reaching out to people, showing them the same opportunity that you enjoy(building your own team) & also earn in the process.
My advice, strike a balance. Find a way to do the two. It is possible to eat your meals & drink water in-between your meals, they both go hand-in-hand.

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

Personally, i think the two are the same but offers you the opportunity of choice.
S-Builder Co-op offers an advantage of cost to affiliate with low budget at just 72cent a day & yield result over a period of time, with little or no guarranty of the numbers of affiliate you may get.
While PSAs TO GO gives you the flexibility of having it almost immediately with the certainty in the numbers of affiliates you stand to gain.
However, there is no guarrantee over the qualities of the affiliates you get in both schemes.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

Good question, but first I must say that I personally don't think anyone will just intend to be lazy or not just motivated to do anything especially when it comes to making money.
However, lack of adequate information or good mentor(s)/leaders and the will to convert those information to action in some cases are responsible.
Back to your question as to "how do you motivate the lazy and unmotivated affiliates?"
Established and maintained an open ended means of communication using the information from the genealogy link on your power tools tab at your homepage, where you will have access to their respective emails.
However don't just be the upline that kept on dishing out instruction to their downline , be interested in their affairs, find out if you can what are the hindrances and limitation your affiliates are experiencing & see which area you can help in regards strictly to the business.

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

Base on my own understanding of this question, i will assume that you may not have access to internet during the vacation, so whatever you have to do must be prior to the time of the vacation.
I will suggest that you set up a standing order of 1500VP to cover the numbers of month you were going to be away to maintain your EA status and send a TM to your team, informing them of how long you were going to be away and your expectation of each and everyone of them.
Remember to also inform your sponsor/upline & humbly request that he/she help to respond to any question that may arise from your downline, as you may have to inform your downline to direct any question/enquiries to your sponsor/upline.

This is a good question & personally i felt it depends on every individual abilities, capabilities & personal goals. But here are a few suggestion on what you should focus on:
-Setting up a standing order of 1500VP to maintain your position as an EA monthly. However, there are other Action VP that can be earn daily, simply by clicking on the red tab on your homepage & also checking on your VP chart for other action VP's available.
-Recruit your own Personal Sponsored Affiliate(PSA) & encourage them to take action.
-Motivate/inspire your PSA to take the two steps above.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

This is a good & a very sensitive question & not just the numbers of time but the quality of the time required need o be addressed.
Sincerely, when i started i really did not know but later as i gained more understanding, it became very easier to manage the time required. Though the time reuires might vary from person to person, but here is my own approach for every new affiliate;
1. Take about 30minute daily to check the red tab on your homepage & perform your daily task.
2. Spent another 30minutes to read the lauchpad, visit forum & check other learning tools & materils available.
3. If you can, do a print out of the luchpads/other educative materials & tools for a personal study & evaluation.
In all you may end up spending between 60 to 90minutes daily, however as you progress & understand the business better you may then choose to spend little or more time as the case may be.

In my own opinion, W3 & S-Builder are some of the numerous tools provided by SFI to ensure a level playing ground & succesful carreer for all its affiliate & understanding the basic function & uses of each tools will go a long way in helping to deplore each &every tools to the maximum advantage.
While S-Builder is a form of co-op advert, deplored to help affiliate with low budget for advert, to raise their own PSA for less than 72cent a day.
But on the other hand W3 gives you the advantage of earning free MRP,TCredit, buying some selected product at Tripleclick at a highly sudsidized rate amongst other with just a one time payment of $1.99.
My advice, join wave3 & subscribe to S-Builder.
