I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

Just keep going and don't be discouraged. Continue to do the things in How to be an Awesome Sponsor guide.
People become inactive for so many reasons that we don't know and mostly we don't have control over it.
Continue to guide the ones that's left and encourage them and keep sponsoring more people into the business.
As we all know this business is not for everyone. Some people haven't found the treasure yet in SFI because they are looking in the other way.
Our success and failure will always be dependent on our very own actions and decisions.

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

For me its easier to promote products that your familiar with. Everyone has a different perspective in buying products but people who trust you will buy the products where you have a personal testimony.
You can advertise and sell any of the products but sales depends on your trust in the product you sell. You must be sold out to the products you promote and you trust it fully because your credibility is at stake.
A happy customer will always share their experience which drives more customer to your end. So choose wisely.

For me, SFI works like a network marketing system but better than network marketing. We have to earn points and share the company and the products in Tripleclicks.
If the person we shared to is interested to try the business or buy at Tripleclicks, then we will sponsor them. As a sponsor, we guide them, support them and teach them some methods to be successful in the business.
Then they will also sponsor their friends and duplicate the things we teach them.
SFI is a helping business with unlimited income opportunities and generate passive income in the long run.

What's the best way to get more VersaPoints?

The best way to earn points is from the EA2 and Leadership ranks of your PSA.
But its difficult to achieve this in your first few months in SFI.
You have to find your leaders in the business.
As listed in the VersaPoints Ledger, only the team leadership & support and the Tripleclicks Sales & Purchases you made have the unlimited number of points.
All other ways are limited, even the auctions will give you up to a total of 500VP only.

First, you have to welcome your new PSA to SFI and to your Team.
Second, introduce yourself, your background, etc. and let your new PSA know that you are there to support him.
Third, ask your new PSA why he/she joined and what are the plans he have.
Fourth, give him options. Discuss important aspects in SFI like Fast Track, EA status, Leadership Ranks, Standing order and everything the new PSA wants to know.
Lastly, share your story, realizations and learnings and encourage your new PSA to take charge of their goals.
