When you are just starting up here in SFI, my best recommendation for everyone is to build their profile. As much as possible, earn your badges, step up in the ladder as soon as you can.

Because for me, you need to set a good example first to your sponsored affiliate. Your affiliates will notice that you are serious with SFI by just simply looking at your profile. Example: your badges, your profile picture, your being active in the forum or TripleClicks etc.

For me, a good profile is a good motivation for your affiliate. If you are serious as their leader or their sponsor, chances are they will be inspired to follow your ladder.

It should start from you. I mean you have to prove to yourself that you are so serious about this business. When I mean serious, you will do everything to build your ranking and status. If you are really into this kind of business, you should be very willing to invest your time, your energy and yes your money to progress here.

Start from simply logging in to our SFI every single day, build up your scores, earn more badges, promote TripleClicks, join Eager Zebra games, do the Bid and Build, purchase PSA to go, have a standing order, do the Pay-per-action, and also do promote SFI to your trusted social networking sites, manual surfing websites, blogs, and a whole lot more.

Now that you prove to yourself that you can do it. Your PSA and CSA will treat you as a model for their own success, will duplicate what you have achieved so far, will trust you and will ask you to guide them.

So there, just keep in mind that duplication = compensation. And in order for this to work, you need to work hard for your own reputation first and transfer the knowledge to your affiliates that way.

Without an active team, our business will start moving slow and our ranking is at high risk to pull down. That is why it is very important that we know how to motivate our team and keep them inspired to do this business regardless of the struggles they go through.

Here's how I motivate my SFI team:

1. Even if they don't reply to my messages, I still send a message to them. And I do it daily as I log in to my SFI business. From one way or another, they will read it. You will never know that your simple message can bring enthusiasm to them to work for their own stats.

2. I always make sure my leadership page is updated with daily blogs and best tips.

3. I chat with them whenever they are online, I never forget to say hi to them, even if they don't reply.

Lastly, I motivate myself first by reading daily success quotes from well-known personalities. Reading those quotes daily inspire me and challenge me that I can also achieve my own success and I can share this success to my very own team by means of duplication and teaching them to duplicate their success as well.

Definitely yes! Because the good thing about our SFI business is that you will never become a team leader without any members or a team. You would have it already.

SFI is very generous to give you CSAs monthly if you are a leader and it is very easy as well to gain PSA through several ways: joining the Bid and Build in TripleClicks, purchasing PSAs to go, having an Standing order of S-Builder etc. Super easy right?

I set my goal to reach the highest ranking as I could because I want my future PSAs and CSAs to see that I as a leader of my own affiliates is very serious with my SFI business. I believe that the badges and ranking that I gain and earn are good motivations for my current and future members. And they will soon duplicate the steps I did to make my SFI a successful business for me and for them.
