I would say that Sponsors are great, they are here to help and guide us. It's true, but you must always have in mind that you are not the only affiliate in their Team.

They have to help many others like you, they also have to continue duplicating their work in SFI to grow their Team.

Definitely, I suggest not to disturb your Sponsor when the answer to your question is already in the Forum or in SFI launchpad or basics.

There's also Sponsors who just joined SFI and is learning like you, those who are not at ease with english language. Then it won't be easy for them to answer to questions.

For me personnally, I learn more by reading the forums or latest news and doing what is said in the Launchpad (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/). It helps a lot to understand how SFI works and is a great guide for success.

You and Only you can manage your SFI business. Your uplines will be aware of your achievements and maybe they will contact you or sending you tips.

Just have faith in what you are doing and you will reach success.

The best way to work with the new PSAs to help them speed in SFI without upsetting them is to make them feel that you are there only for help.

You should certainly not make them feel obligated, but just guide them gently.

Take care of them so that they can trust you.

Explain them as simply as possible the best ways to advance in SFI. Send them to links showing all the benefits of being an EA, BTL and so on.

Many affiliates don't like or do not have the patience to read a lot to understand how SFI works and sometimes that can discourage them. So, I think that it's very important that you refer them to links that will go directly to the step where you want them to go.

Encourage them to do their To-Do List, to advertise to get PSAs of their own so that they can duplicate their work in SFI. Tell them about your own experience in SFI, about your success.

You are the guide and when the guide takes care of his followers, they will be happy to follow him and will get much involved knowing that you will always be there to give a hand.

Do you have a team?

The importance of a Team Leader is when he or she has a team to work with. If you have at least 5 persons working hardly to reach their goals, then it will be the best time to upgrade. Otherwise you will just have the title of Team Leader but no one following you.

I think you must work with your team, giving them all the help for success in SFI and if they still remain in your Movers List for two to three months, then it will be the best time to upgrade.
