Good question,
In my opinion, the best topics should focus is about motivation, starting online business, and entrepreneur. First things first, find the reason why must doing Affiliate Marketing, then drive your team to learn and do more to achieve their goals. If they motivated and clearly know what their goals, I think you will be have a great team
How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

I usually explain that SFI is Affiliate Marketing
Simply explain prospects that is so many ways for Promoting SFI, whether it's paid or not then push them to visualize what is their goals.
People usually like to speak about their goals or dreams, then we just direct that SFI can help them reach their goals.
