I would suggest to approach this avenue with caution. If individuals have the money to invest in a business, they are most likely expecting results quickly. If this is the type of individuals you will target in your marketing efforts, it would be wise to make sure that it is known that this is not a "get rich quick" venture. Let people know that building a business with SFI will take time, commitment and patience.

However, it is still a very important subject to broach. Many people have felt the sting of someone stealing their identity and throwing there life in turmoil. The short and long term effects of Identity Theft can be horrendous to the individual and their family.

"How many affiliates do I need to sponsor each month to build a successful business?"

In my opinion; it's not how many you sponsor, it's the quality of your team members that you sponsor.

To put a monthly number to this would be very difficult. You could have 1 team member that is dedicated out of 10 or it could be 1 out of 100.

If you are providing your team members with ample guidance, advice and encouragement then you are doing your due diligence. At this point, it is up to your team member to be active and committed to building their business and team.

Our goal is to get to 5 PSA's that continually reach EA then strive to climb the ladder to BTL, STL and so on. This is what will help gain the commissions that we are looking for.

I feel it is very important to have a good Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. The unfortunate fact is that not all Sponsor's pay attention to their team members.

In my opinion, A good Sponsor should give advice, encouragement, congratulations and help when one of their team members ask for some.

However, all is not lost if your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is not paying attention. SFI has a few great features to help our new team members out.

We have the Forum, where you will get ideas and advice from many of your team members. You can participate in the A2A and build friendships and alliances with team members that may be in your area, country and collaborate with them. Then, as you did here, you can ask your questions in the AskSC to get varying opinions.

Now, besides your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, you do have other members of your Upline you can contact. Simply go to the bottom of your screen and click on the text that says " Contact Your Sponsor/Upline". You then can send messages to the other team members in your Upline.

In short, don't fret over not having a good Sponsor/Co-Sponsor. Use the resources that SFI provides, have dedication to building your business and team; and lastly, provide the assistance to your downline the way you would like to have received assistance.

"Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?"

Absolutely. Let them know that they can receive huge discounts on the items like TCredits, PSA's To Go, CSA's to go and etc.

This will help them build their team, gain points from using the TCredits and help them in any way for what the product is. This is also a great tool for just shopping for everyday items.

I would wear you Fast-Track pin on a very visible area of your shirt. This will stand out and cause individuals to ask questions that can help you lead to the "Main" topic of attracting the person to the SFI opportunity.

This will give you the chance to tell them what SFI is about. The great training, team work, sponsors and the abundance of ways to earn a residual income.

As I go thru and read/rate the ASK SC questions daily, I see that there is a 50/50 split of members saying yes or no.

In my opinion, this is something that you, yourself will have to consider.

Myself, I jumped right in and became a BTL my 1st month and have been able to retain it since(for the last 6 months).

Why did I choose to do this? The answer, for me, is simple.

1- I set my budget for investment. In my case, I have an SO that will provide the necessary SVP to get myself to EA and beyond.

2- Besides the needed 1500 SVP that we need to gain EA, we also need to gain AVP. In my case, logging in daily and completing tasks; and participating in PB gains me the necessary AVP to gain BTL.

3- Every month that I have re-qualified BTL, I have received shares of Second Home CSA's. The shares that I have received have been between 40 to 99. I received 99 1 month because I was actually able to qualify as STL.

To get back to the question of why I did this: I would say that I took an aggressive approach to build my business. I like to see the myself grow as well as my team.

Now, will this method work for you. Only you can answer that question.

Building a team is not the issue. If you are dedicated to building your business and qualify as an EA every month, you will receive 2 CSA's. Having an active team is what we need.

Should you go for the rank of TL? I would say that if you have a desire to gain new team members, some which will be more active, and grow you business then Yes you should.

If you can rely on your sponsor to provide you timely guidance, then you are fortunate. Not all sponsors will provide guidance or praise to their downline. Some sponsors may not even communicate.

In the end, it is going to be your perseverance and commitment that is going to make you successful.

If you are fortunate enough to have an active sponsor who communicates with his/her downline, that is awesome. Ask your questions of the sponsor until you have exhausted all of their knowledge. If your sponsor is an inactive one, as far as communication is concerned, then use the tools within SFI to help yourself become successful. IE: SFI Forum, Ask SC, a2a Friends, the newsletters and so on.
