What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

This is a good question. It depends how wealthy the affiliate is.
If someone has good job and good salary he/she can invest more. If someone is unemployed they can not invest anything. so there are two kinds of affiliates . If we try to find out some PSAs job or business it would be great but it is not possible. I think monthly $60 is good to invest money in this business.
$36 for standing order of 1500VP and remaining $24 for advertisement, buy gift cards and distribute among the PSAs .
So for the first 6 months very important and it would be around $360 for initial investment to start and spread the business around the world.

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?

This is very important to have a good sponsor. Because without his or her support we can not grow or duplicate our progress. When I was stuck with 1300 VP and I need to 200VP my sponsor told me to install TC banners and co-operative advertising build up to get another 100VP . So these 200VP is very important for every affiliate to become EA. Also there are many advertising materials and how to write ad in free classified, email marketing sponsor can guide to a new affiliates who does not know anything. Perfect guidance from the sponsor is very important. Good sponsor always give reply of our answer. If sponsor does not give reply affiliate will be helpless. So good sponsor is very important to flow the VP and try to sell TC products. Hope this answer is helpful .

Being an ECA or referring an ECA, which will be more beneficial to an affiliate?

I think referring an ECA is more beneficial as 10% CV for every product will be sold and 45% CV for referring ECAs products to someone. So without doing anything we can get 10% CV if someone buy our introduced ECAs products somewhere in the world. But if we become ECA we need to maintain our products list, A-z shipping in or outside of the country and there is a big risk if products will damage or reject by the buyers it will come back to us. So we will loose our time and money for whole processing. So I think referring ECA is best rather than being an ECA.

What are you doing to help your PSAs become Team Leaders?

This is a very good question.
We try our best to help our PSAs to reach their goal to become team leader.
Regular emails to them or team mail also good to help them to reach their goal.
Weekly PSA mail, stream post and personel email and chat tools all are helpful to reach them and ask their problems and try to short it out. If cant find their answers we must tell them to find from google, youtube and many other search engines to make them happy to find the answers. Most of them are inactive due to not understand what is SFI. We must try to help them some T-credits when they sign up and they realize that they have one sponsor who is really dedicated for SFI and ready to help them. Gift certificates , contest building and distribute of T-credits are really helpful to PSAs to reach their goal and stick with SFI business. Hope this answer is helpful.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

This question I think every team leader want to ask here. If someone fail in exam how we motivate him or her to pass the exam. From Childhood to adult stage everywhere we need to give test. We need to study many years to pass an exam and then there is no guarantee to get a job. But SFI is such an online business. We can send them team mail weekly to send them weekly mail if they do not give reply try to reach them through A2a friends chat tool or any other chat tools try to communicate with them. If they are interested they will give reply. We can explain them SFI is the free online school where everyone can learn free and earn from their hard work. If they are wealthy they can find everything by investing but most of them like ordinary background then need to work hard to find successful way here to start a good income. We can attract them by do a competition among them and issue gift certificates to make them active. Hope this answer is helpful.

What is the best way to organize and track your activity with SFI (daily, weekly, monthly)?

This is very important to track our daily activity. We can make a excel spreadsheet and write the date from 1st to 30th or 31st and we make some columns and write current month VP, Total VP, TC sells , Total PSA, Total CSA, Total PSA VP, Total CSA VP etc. and also we can write the dates for our marketing activity and result column where we can write our daily, weekly, monthly activity and also we need to write a column of progress and need to improve our progress so we can find our mistakes and where need to find the solutions. What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

This is happening with everyone. Nothing is impossible. We are all human beings and try our best to achieve somewhere to build a successful team to get a residual income. We try to motivate PSAs who become EA and do not leave SFI and stick with this business . We can help them to explain how to get income and send them regular income calculator there are two ways to get income from SFI.

As per my research with internet marketing most of the PSAs do not want to invest. They can promote Tripleclicks products to get commission and get points at the same points.
Onlye 1% PSAs can invest and they can easily maintain their EA status and can become leader like BTL, STL, GTL etc.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

online recruiting is best as I think from our computer, smartphone we can advertise anywhere anytime online but offline marketing need to contact all affiliates and make them understand about this SFI project. Offline marketing needs more time to connect with the affiliates and online can find easily someone and send them the gateway and just one click everyone can read and understand about SFI and Tripleclicks. So I prefer online marketing.

First of all to educate your PSAs about SFI . If they do not give you reply just send them everyday one email and one will hit their inbox with perfect accuracy and they will definitely give reply to join here actively. If possible invite them for coffee or tea if they are in the country or arrange some kind of weekly meeting and attract them with some kind of gifts such as Tcredits and gift certificates to stick them with SFI business. as 90% affiliates are inactive in this business so I think there is only way of gifts to attract affiliates to stick with this business. As greed factor is one of the key strategy for marketing. So we must try our best to hold as many as affiliates in this business and slowly slowly make them active . Hope this answer is helpful.
