I answer this very late,.. Last day I think but I keep seeing al the same answers and I do not want to be one of many ;)
So my answer would be very short: Wisely !
Like anything you give away, use it the way you feel most comfortable to use it..
Giving X-Cards with a POSITIVE feeling makes a longer lasting impression !

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

For me personally it is hard to MAKE people commit to SFI.
I can only try to guide them, show them I succeeded and more important HOW i did it.
But then it is up to your PSA to actually take action. All we can do is help and mentor.
If you have friends in your environment show them what you do for a few weeks and THEN sign them up.. So they KNOW what SFI is and whats expected before signing up.. These people are committed then anyway..

I strongly believe in "less is more" when it comes to advertising..
The biggest mistakes I see is people trying to teach or explain SFI in advertisements..
Let SFI be the teacher.. Our role as ADVERTISER ( not teamleader ) is to make people want to investigate / try out SFI..
So in short, use as little info as possible to make people curious.. Everything else is explained on your gateways or inside SFI.

If Team members take on leadership roles that is a clear sign that they understand SFI and the way SFI works.. It also shows you as their sponsor are doing your work correct.
So in my opinion the importance lies in the fact you can "see" the fruits of your labor !
And team members who are leaders also means growth in your downline without you actually do anything yourself for that.. That will be your residual income over time..

How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

Becoming a Team Leader doesn't depend on having a Credit Card or not..
There is Paypal, Tcurrency, Bank Payments,..
If you really want your business to succeed you will find MANY MANY ways to make payments or accept payments..
You can help PSA's becoming Team Leader ( with or without Credit Card ) by making sure they will HAVE a team to lead..
When the team is there and your PSA does all the necessary actions to help/build/continue his business then Team Leader will come naturally..
