Most of the time people want to benefit. The best way to promote anything to people is to let them know, or show them, what they will benefit from that.
The best way that will even motivate and encourage them, is to show them, and share your results for doing that. That is why it is important to lead by example.

Just explain to your downline that every business need investment. Investment here is done in time or money or both.
Tell them they don't have to spend money to maintain their EA status unless they want to. Tell them they can generate sales at TripleClicks and/or do transfer buying. Explain to them that with transfer buying they don't have to spend extra money. Since they are already buying many of the same products TripleClicks sells—but from other stores or sources. With transfer buying, they can simply transfer their purchases to TripleClicks and earn VersaPoints each month and they automatically accumulate the VersaPoints needed for SFI commissions, benefits, and other valuable perks.
I hope this will motivate them and see that you are not greedy but saving them some money.

The first and foremost thing is the channels of communication. The channels of communication must be open. Your affiliates must respond to your messages and you must respond promptly to theirs.
The best way to get your affiliates to understand the amazing opportunity offered by SFI is to build friendship with them first. After building friendship, build trust. You must be open and honest to them.
If you've earned their trust, share with them everything you know about SFI and TripleClicks. Where you can, give them links about what you are sharing with them to back up that. Because they trust you, they'll listen and understand what you are saying. When they understand SFI and TripleClicks, the opportunity that is offered by SFI will be obvious to them. You won't have to tell them.

The most important thing is communication.If you can communicate with your member, that can help a lot on identifying your superstars.
1. You can ask questions. The member can tell you his/her plan about his/her business, how far he/she is prepared to go, and what he/she wishes to spend/invest.
2. Check and take note of questions that he/she ask you.
3. You can check his/her actions on his/her VP Ledger. We know actions speak louder than words.
4. You must also check if he/she is not in a hurry to earn. Superstars are not in a hurry to earn.
5. If he/she earns, does he/she re-invest in his/her business. If he/she does, that's a good sign.
>>Be careful. Here at SFI, I hear some people saying Standing Orders are signs of being serious. Don't be fooled by someone who have Standing Order or who spend lot of money. Some people spend lot of money, thinking it will help them to earn quick. When few months passes and they earn nothing or less than what they put, they get disappointed and quit.Check how your member uses his/her money. There is a difference between spending and investing. Also keep in mind that, there are superstars who don't have money for Standing Orders.

Participate in activities and when you win/progress, share it with your group in your messages, news letters and your blog. Actions speak louder than words. To use Traffic Exchange websites to drive traffic to your SFI gateways, you need to join them. Most of them are free to join. Others you pay a fee after joining.
After joining you add your gateways. After adding your gateway, you surf for credits. When you surf for credits, you visit other websites and get traffic to your gateways in exchange. There more the websites you visit, there more traffic you get to your gateways.
If you like, you can also pay a fee to upgrade. If you are an upgrade, you get free credits. When you surf for credits, you get more credits. That means more traffic to your gateways.
If you don't wish or don't have time to surf for credits, you can buy credits. Or to get more traffic to your gateways, you can surf and buy more credits at the same time.
