Then, when you get a new PSA, send him/her a welcoming message, only saying who you are and welcoming them to your team and SFI and asking them to call on you for any help they might need.

In the meantime SFI will send them details about the FastTrack program, explaining how it works. You can, in a followup message, just mention it as well and just elaborate a little about the benefits of it. Don’t try to explain too much. That is SFI’s job. Just motivate a little.

When someone starts out with SFI there is a lot to be learned first, even before you can think of becoming a Team Leader. Encourage them to log in every day and read the Tips, Forum Posts, News, Launchpad Lessons, Ask SC questions and answers and all other available training materials.

Your task as their Team Leader is to guide them in the right direction and that is to become Executive Affiliate (EA) first and stay that for at least the first 2 months while learning and while it’s still easy to gather the necessary 1500VersaPoints by doing the free actions on their To Do List. Tell them about Fast Track and how to achieve it by doing just enough of their Getting Started Actions and Intermediate Actions as necessary to gather 500VP to get the Fast Track Badge and an additional 200 bonus VP. Also tell them about the E365 contest and how to stay in contention, by keeping their VP above the green line in the first 6 weeks.

In the meantime move them to log in every day and do their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions for a further 497VP per month. With the above 700VP it give them 1197VP so far for the month, a shortfall of 303VP for the first month. To make that up, encourage them to study the Launchpad Lessons, 1 per day every day for their first 30 days and to answer the question about that lesson every day. By doing that, they not only learn a lot about SFI and marketing, but also gather 15 VersaPoints for each lesson. That is a further 450VP. Because they actually only short 303VP for the first month, they can review all 30 lessons but answer only the first 20 questions for 300VP and save the rest for the next month.Be creative with the 3VP that still short.

In their second month they must log in again every day and do their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions for 497VP and then review all the Launchpad Lessons again and answer the other 10 questions for 150VP, giving them a total of 647VP so far for the month. For the remaining 853VP they short to become EA again, they must just complete the balance of their Getting Started and Intermediate Actions. They will give them 645VP for a total of 1292 free VP for the month, leaving them with a shortfall of only 208VP for the second month. That can be made up easily by winning in the E365 contest, DailyGrand or by Transfer buying, meaning changing their shopping habits and buy the stuff they normally buy elsewhere from their own shop TripleClicks. If they gathered more than $20 in their SFI account they will qualify for a Payoneer debit card and for that earn 500VP pushing them over 1500VP, a little closer to Team Leader status.

If they used all these free actions in their first month to become Team Leader quickly, they will have to spend money from their second month to maintain their status. Staying EA for that time give them a chance to learn.

While they are doing all this they must also build a team by advertising and enrolling PSA’s. When they have a big enough team they will be able to become Team Leader more easily by their team’s efforts and by getting VP for support of their EA2's and Team Leaders later on.They must just duplicate what they have done.

Bottom line is that it’s better to become Team Leader only when you have a team.

On the other side, some can argue that by becoming a Team Leader they can get more CSA’s from SFI and that way build their team, and that is true, but it’s going to cost you money wise at first.

SFI is an affiliate marketing business or in other words, a network marketing business. What that means to us, is that this whole business works on a referral system. Every person that becomes part of SFI has to market the business to others to also become affiliates under that person who sponsored them. They are his PSA’s or Personally Sponsored Affiliates. Then you have to teach all your PSA’s to do the same as you do. That is called duplication.

SFI works with a VersaPoints system. The more VP you gather, the more you earn and the higher your rank in the company. VP consists of Action VP and Sales VP. You gather Action VP by doing certain Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions and Sales VP by buying and selling at TripleClicks, our on-line store. Ultimately everyone’s success depends on the sales our store TripleClicks make.

SFI has a grate compensation plan. You can earn in 6 different ways:
1. You earn income from selling your own products/services.(Member Listings or becoming an ECA yourself)
2. You earn commissions by selling the products of other affiliates or ECA’s.
3. You earn income by gathering VersaPoints for your sales/actions.
4. You earn residual income by way of VersaPoints Matching from the activities of all your affiliates (PSA’s and CSA’s up to 12 generations).
5. You earn residual income in the form of royalties from the sales made by the E-Commerce Associates that you referred.
6. You earn by way of SfiPPA, that is by referring members to SFI that will not be your PSA’s. You are paid a once off commission for each referral.

You have to log in every day and do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. Read and learn as much as possible. Play the games and take part in the contests. Promote SFI every day to enroll as many as possible PSA’s. Promote TripleClicks every day to enroll as many as possible ECA’s. Promote as many as possible TripleClicks Products every day to enroll as many as possible PRM’s and sell as many as possible products. Be an awesome sponsor. Communicate with your PSA’s and CSA’s at least weekly through newsletters, emails, E-cards, stream posts, etc. Teach them to duplicate your efforts.

To get someone to join, I believe you must explain the workings of SFI as a company and the incentives the company has to offer. To offer someone any other compensation can be counterproductive except in one case and that is to get them to TripleClicks and maybe interested in a product or an auction. If they become interested in products at TripleClicks or the auctions, you can earn by selling TCredits on an ongoing basis or later even enroll them as an ECA or PSA.

SFI as a company offers the best incentives to persuade anyone to join:
- You register and participate completely free for as long as you want. You don’t have to buy anything. It might just take a little longer to get successful, but it’ll happen. In other words you don’t have anything to loose.

Like Mr Gery Carstens said, anyone who think he/she can be successful in SFI without logging in every day, are seriously mistaken. To be successful in this business you have to log in every day and do all your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. You also have to do all your Getting Started and Intermediate Actions during your first 2 months as well as reviewing all the Launch Pad Lessons. You learn a lot this way. Afterwards you must keep on going back to all of the above to refresh your memory.

By logging in every day you get access to valuable information in the form of Tips, Forum Posts, ASK SC questions and answers, etc. from which you learn all the ins and outs of this business.

Next to that you also have to sponsor and duplicate. To do that properly you have to advertise daily or buy PSA’s in the auctions or from TripleClicks or purchase a share in an advertising co-op. Either way you have to get a strong active downline.

Further you must market TripleClicks and the products, because you earn commissions for products you sell as well as all sales made by ECA’s you refer.

There are more ways of earning in SFI, but if you do the above you have to be successful, or else you need to change the way you do it or where you do it.
Study everything you did, keep the stuff that worked (actually, do more of it) and change the stuff that didn’t.

There are a few indications that a team member of yours is serious about building a successful SFI business, but it is just that, indications. It’s no guaranties. Here follow a few:

1. When they log in every day and doing their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions on their To-Do-List and that way keeping their VP Streak. You will find these members under your Movers Tab and you will see how active they are with their Daily Actions by looking at their VP Ledger.

2. When they start of by doing their Getting Started and Intermediate Actions and reviewing their Launchpad Lessons.

3. By becoming Fast-Track Member by doing the 5 Fast-Track Actions on their To-Do-List and having $20 sales or purchases within their first 10 days in SFI, or even becoming Gold Fast-Track with a SO of 1500VP or more.

4. By reaching EA and EA2 in their first and second months and staying at least EA or becoming Team Leader in the months to come.

5. By staying a contender in the E365 contest by keeping their VP above the green line within their first 6 weeks in SFI.

6. By actively participating in the Forum, Ask SC, a2a, Wave 3 program and EZ Games and communicating with up-line and down-line.

7. By promoting SFI and TripleClicks and sponsoring and duplicating.

This is your business. You are the owner of this business and as such you must treat your business as a serious business. If you had a bookstore or restaurant you will go to your store every day, unlock the door, do your admin, orders, payments, advertising, etc. You will work hard and invest time and money. You have to do the same with your SFI business. See your home page as your office and TripleClicks as your shop. Your office has everything you need to do your admin, market your business and make money. TripleClicks is your fully stocked shop. You just have to market your shop to prospective ECA’s and advertise the products already in your shop. You can also add products to your shop by listing stuff you don’t want any more or by becoming an ECA yourself.

The way you do this in SFI is by logging in every day and do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions to gather all the free VersaPoints available to you. Daily Actions will get you 11VP per day (now 12VP per day with the survey added), giving you at least 330VP per month. Weekly Actions will get you 38VP per week for between 152 and 190VP per month (depending on 4 or 5 week month) and Monthly Actions will get you 15VP per month. This gives you a minimum of 497VP per month just for going to the office and doing your admin.

In SFI earning work according to ranks just like earning differ in another business according to your position in that company. Your income in SFI is directly linked to your ranking but also to the amount of VP you gathered. To get to a certain ranking you must have a specific amount of VP, for example to be an EA you need 1500VP for the month and for BTL you need 3000VP of which 1500 to 2000 can be SVP, and so on. You must be at least EA2 to earn in SFI. When you start out in SFI you can become EA easily and for free in the first month by logging in every day and doing your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions for the 497VP and supplement it with reviewing one Launch Pad Lesson per day and answering the question for 15VP per lesson, giving you 450VP for all 30. After that you only short another 553VP to become EA. You can gather it by just doing enough Getting Started Actions (Total of 945VP) to make up the difference, saving the balance (392VP) for the second month.

To reach EA again in the second month you would do the same Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions for 497VP and supplement it by doing the balance of the Getting Started Actions for 392VP as well as the Intermediate Actions for a further 400VP, giving you 1289VP, leaving you with a shortage of 211VP to become EA in your second month. That shortage can easily be added by playing in the games and participating in the contests and auctions or by changing your shopping habits by buying at your own shop TripleClicks what you normally would have bought elsewhere. Another way is by answering questions at ASK SC and win 100, 50 or 25VP for being voted as being Top Author, second best or 3rd to 10th best. It’s not that difficult. Just read a lot, listen and learn.

Another purpose of logging in daily is to learn. That is why SFI break up everything into simple daily, weekly and monthly bite size tasks and daily Launch Pad Lessons. Every day there are important Tips and forum posts from which you can learn a lot as well as the ASK SC answers you can rate for entry in the Daily Grand contest and ASK SC questions you can answer for VP to be won. Personally I’ve learn more from ASK SC than from any other place.

If you don’t log in you will also miss out on all the contests and auctions and special offers.

The best way to convey this all to your PSA’s is to build a personal relationship with them and to set a good example. You can’t expect them to do something you don’t. On the other hand, when they see your DailyStreak Badge and your other achievements they will want to duplicate you. Be successful and they will follow.
