This question is about making SFI more attractive to new affiliates – not prospects. Its bout those who are already members of SFI.

SFI management is vital to our business arrangement. They keep the business in line, come up with innovative ways of growing the business, making it fun, vibrant and profitable That’s their role. They really do a fantastic job of it. Without them the business will not exist. We have to rely on them.

Our core role as affiliates is sales and recruiting – marketing and promotions.

When we recruit new affiliates we need to open their eyes to:
- the many benefits and ways of earnings that SFI offers,
- to the potential earnings,
- to the wide range of products at TripleClicks
- to the supporting community we have here at SFI (both management and other affiliates),
- the fun games and contests at TripleClicks
- growing residual income
- the fact that their business growth and earnings are limited only by their own abilities and drive

As sponsors these are the things we need to let the new affiliates know about. Once they understand and appreciate what a gold mine SFI is they will become very active and will work to grow their businesses and make them profitable. They will be self motivated.

And how do we let them know about these things? By being awesome sponsors.
- Talk to them and teach them in our streams, newsletters, individual email messages, chats: whenever we are able to.
- Be encouraging: Always be upbeat and coach them along, acknowledging their successes and singing their praises when they do well.
- Set examples for them. Do 1st ourselves what we are encouraging them to do.

If we are awesome sponsors and we make the new affiliates fully understand and appreciated what SFI is about and what it could be for them, SFI will be much more attractive to the new affiliates and they will work their businesses.

Knowing what I know now, this is how I would start with SFI – in my very 1st month.

I would join and start straight away without hesitation. That is the 1st thing I would do.

Although SFI sounded fantastic when I first read about it, I needed to check it out. I don’t regret doing that as I had heard and seen of some ‘overnight rich’ schemes that really just last ‘overnight’ after taking peoples’ money and time. I had been a victim of some of those schemes. While I was doing my checking, 2 weeks later I found out that I had missed out on some of the benefits of the 365 Competition, fell way below the ‘green line’ and missed out on Fast Track altogether.

Knowing what I know now, I would just simply join, activate my business and fire away!!

The second thing I would do is connect immediately and maintain regular communication with my sponsor. I didn’t even read my sponsors welcome letter when I 1st joined, as I was busy checking out SFI. I also ignored her other messages, much to my regret. That’s how I missed out on the 365 Competition and Fast Track. I made connection with her much later and she put me on the right path.

To all those who are reading this – Connect with your Sponsor right from the start: He/She is or should be your very best ally in this business. Your sponsor should be your very 1st point of contact for all SFI matters. They have your very best interest at heart.

I would initiate contact if I don’t hear from my sponsor and if he/she does not respond, I would make connection with other uplines.

I would log in Daily. That’s the 3rd thing I would do. I would log in daily and attend to my ‘to-do-lists’ do my lessons and learn as much as possible. Collecting all my due VPs and getting familiar with SFI and joining all the SFI/TripleClicks activities I am able to.

Start advertising and promoting SFI and TripleClicks. That’s the 4th thing I would do. Now that I know that collecting VPs can be difficult after I had collected all the readily available VPs in the 1st month. I would plan for that and start my promotions straight away.

The short answer to this is No.

You see this is an international business and regardless of where you are located in this world, you can purchase items from TripleClicks. It doesn't matter what country or region the ECA is located.

I believe that we should approach and encourage all prospective ECAs to join TripleClicks. If they have products to sell lets invite them to join. TripleClicks does the final filtering of prospective ECAs before they are allowed to join.

Having said this of course, we can be selective as to which country we target for prospective ECAs. It would be wise to target countries who are prolific users of online stores such as the UK, Finland etc to make sure that our advertising dollar is well spent. Despite the fact that they purchase online internationally naturally they prefer dealing with local ECAs. Wouldn't you?

The very best way to communicate with you downline is of course speaking with them in person on a one-to- one basis if possible.

If possible connect with those downline members who live in your vicinity and develop a personal relationship with them. You can send all the emails, texts etc.. you want but nothing beats meeting them in person, 'eyeball to eyeball' as my old boss used to say.

If you are unable to do this, the next best way to communicate is by such means as Skype and the like. Again this is one-to-one but you are not physically in their presence - at least they can see you in person and hear what you are saying.

These are the ideals but as we all know this is not always possible. SFI has provided several means of communicating with our team members - chat, email, group mail, stream etc.. We should use them. We can also make contact with them by phone where their phone numbers have been provided. Contacting by phone however can be expensive, and we are running a business here!

I regularly use stream and group mail for connecting with all my team members or groups of them all at once. For communicating with a member on a one-to-one basis I use emails and e-cards. They seem to work for me.

Be very personal about it. Speak on how you feel about SFI. If they join SFI you are going to be their sponsor, you are going to work closely with them, so let them know that you are sold on SFI, that you are someone they can work with and that you will help them when needed.

Show them that you are convinced that SFI is a unique and rare opportunity that no one should miss out on. Be passionate about it without going over the top.

Let the facts speak for themselves – The years SFI has been operating, TripleClicks, Auctions, the number of affiliates involved, the ‘working’ environment, ECAs opportunities etc..

Tell them what others say about SFI. The best way that I know of encouraging my downlines to purchase from TripleClicks is simply sending them gentle messages encouraging them, pointing out to them the benefits of supporting our own store, the VPs they get and shares in the Executive Pool.

I also highlight the products I like especially the development products such as PSA recruiting products, training products, website visitors, gateways etc.. These not only encourage purchases from TripleClicks but they also help my team grow their businesses. I promote these from this angle.

I promote having Standing Orders and its benefits.

If I come across great Hot Deals and similarly promoted products I also bring them to their attention.

I encourage participation in the games and contests.

I also have team incentives and competitions which indirectly promote TripleClick purchases.

SFI is an online international business and we need to be able to promote it and work it online. Yes we can of course promote it offline but at the end of the day we still have to come back online.

Your prospects with internet experience are easier to promote to than those without internet experience even if they have had no online business experience.

You will need to assure them and explain to them that everything one needs to run an online business is available to them in SFI. All they have to do is to ensure they have reliable internet excess, preferably via PC/Laptop.

Unlike other similar businesses, joining SFI is free and if they find that it is not for them they can always opt out free of obligations. It’s free to join and its free to leave. They have absolutely nothing to lose.

Further to that, when they join SFI, they will receive a personal sponsor, in this case it’s you. They will be given all the training, coaching and all the help they need to run an online business. Other affiliate businesses charge for this but in SFI it’s provided free of charge.

After the initial training, if they want to continue their learning and complete and Internet Course, there is one readily available within SFI also free of charge.

If they are concerned about stock, purchases and dealing with customers, tell them about TripleClicks and the fact that all they have to do is promote the products and services. Everything else is done for them.

If they are sceptical about running an online business, tell them about the history of SFI and its impeccable reputation. You might even want to tell them about The SFI BASICS. Its a simple business. Its a business that is suitable for everyone, even those without online business experience.

For those without internet experience, I would not consider them at all unless you are prepared to teach them how to access and work the internet.

There is no magic formula but I would suggest that you ask yourself the questions below. Remember, this is not a hobby. It’s a very serious business.

I suggest the following questions:

Are you hungry, passionately hungry for success?
Are you prepared to satisfy that hunger by hard work and commitment?
Are you willing to learn from others experience? Lean new things? Try new things?
Are you patient and once committed to something you will give it your very best?
Are you loyal and have ‘stickability’ – endurance – and will not give up easily?

You will notice that all these questions are about you and really those questions are applicable not just regarding success in SFI but to any venture you undertake. It has very little to do with SFI.

If you have those attributes I would say you are more than capable of building a successful SFI business.

The target market for The New Member Pack are those who have just signed up as affiliates so these are the people to whom you should market the NMP.

I would recommend that your focus should be on promoting the Fast Tracker program. Tell your people about the benefits of Fast Track and how it is a booter for their new businesses and it long term benefits.

They would have to make the necessary purchase to qualify for the Fast Track and the NMP is ideal because of its drastically reduced price.

If they are sold on the benefits of FasT Track they should have no problems purchasing the NMP.

I take it that you are talking about those who have been reduced in their SFI rank.

When encouraging your affiliates, emphasis to them that this is not a demotion.

They are not employees. They are self employed people - running their own businesses.

To me, rank is an indicator of the level the business is at. I would tell them that.

Business are either loosing money, static with little or no growth, or flourishing and on an upward spiral. Even within those status there is always upwards and downwards movements. Its just the nature of business because there are many external factors that can influence the life of a business. Its not all their doing. A reduction in rank is an indicator of how the business performed last month

We all know that even for example within the EA level, every month they will not earn the same amount of VP as they did the previous month. They may do better or do worse.

At the beginning of each month, we set our monthly goals. This is very important.
What we should also do at the end of each month is to review our performance.

Encourage your affiliates to do that.

They can ask questions such as:

How did we get on?
Where did we do well and how can we capitalize on that?
Where did we do poorly?
What could we have done better?

Remember you can help your affiliates with these. Work with them on these. This would encourage them, keeping them active and engaged.

I would also encourage the affiliates not only to set up their monthly goals but to put a plan in place in order to achieve those goals. Map it out on paper and review it every day.

For example if you want to achieve 1000 AVP by the end of the month, map out how you are going to get them - how many per day / where they come from each day / to-do list earned / auctions / games / sponsoring activities / contests etc.. / target dates (650 AVP by ../../2015)

Its a bit like planning a road trip to reach your destination (your goal)

Having helped them set their monthly goals & helped them put a plan in place, stay in contact with them throughout the month. You can encourage them, monitor their VP Ledger & give them tips. You are their sponsor/mentor/cheer leader/friend - stay with them and help them grow their businesses.
