What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

You are asking for a good message to give to your new PSA's and that is a great question. The truth is that the BEST message that you could ever give is one that is genuine.
SFI has some pre-formatted greetings that you could give and they are great, by the way. I believe; however, that the best message you could possibly send to anyone is the one that you have created from your heart.
I would suggest introducing yourself and being friendly. Let your new PSA's know who you are and that you are a REAL person. Tell them a short piece about your beginnings and your fears and that you can identify with them, but that you continued and now you have become more assured, over time.
Let them know that the number one thing you want to do is help them get over their fears and give them as much support as humanly possible, in order to achieve great levels of success. I believe if you do this, you will be satisfied with the results.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

There are two times I believe that it is better to reassign...
1. Reasign if your affiliate is simply having a difficult time and you believe that part of that problem is that your "time zone" keeps them from having live conversations with your affiliates.
2. Reassign if your affiliates would "rather" have a local mentor; otherwise, there is NOTHING wrong with keeping them.
A complete stranger sees your WAVE3 banner on your car. They ask what TripleClicks is. What do you say?

I really love when folk ask me about my TripleClicks signage in my window. The more I hear them ask, the easier it is for me to simply let them know that my company has a store and sells items from it. I quickly then, move the conversation to PriceBenders - which by the way, I believe is a wonderful program.
PriceBenders affords them the opportunity to get some great, pricey items for more than 90% off. Unbelievable!
How does a2a help me build my SFI business?

The question was in regards to the A2A and building business. I am glad this was asked because I have seen the results of the A2A building my business and I'll tell you how.
Every legitimate business has a board of directors. Even though this is an Internet Marketing business, it should still have a "board."
A board of directors' main job is to be the sounding board for the decisions of the company. Your A2A's are a good "sounding board" for you to make some informed and well-thought out decisions.
They bring success because they encourage you to be successful.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

The best way, that I have seen, to get the engaging conversation on an on-going basis is to coach them to wealth, don't tell them. What I mean is that many times, we point out to others where they should go. I think we'd have a better shot if we just SHOWED folk how they should go...
If they see you "practicing what you preach," they'll follow...

I believe one of the greatest things you can do is introduce an opportunity for a challenge. Every person, I believe, wants a reason to be challenged. The contests simply provide a chance for people to see a goal; to see a desired destination and go after it - with a prize to follow.
I believe that friendly competition breeds excitement and purpose. When people are involved in a level of competition, they all of a sudden have a special portion of purpose - to get to the desired destination.
That is just one of the benefits for the downline contests...

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

You ask a question that I believe, depending on the type of person, you'll hear many responses.
To me, I am one who is not really big on the IAHBE for myself. Not because there is something wrong with it, because I believe that it is a GREAT product in and of itself. I have not personally found that IAHBE solves my particular desires.
As for the S-Builder, I am interested in building a stronger team, but I believe that I have taken a little more passive approach with this particular growth area.
The particular area that I have found that fits my business model best is the T-credits.

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

When I am asked, it usually isn't that hard for me to come up with something. I always tell people that I am a Success Coach; which I am. The next question is what do I do? I then let them know that I coach people into how to become financially successful. Then, when I tell them that I don't charge a penny for my services - that brings about a conversation.

I believe TCredits can be used to promote activity very easily. The way that I have used the TCredits to promote activity is by giving them as gifts to my downline when they perform well.
It is very simple; if they do well, they will receive the credits. I give credits when they advance in rank or do something specific. I figure, it is the easiest way of telling them that I appreciate them.
How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

I believe that this question can be answered a number of different ways; however, there is one answer that continually stands out to me. How often to stay in contact with your leaders....?
The answer is as often as it takes for you to understand the program. That means... if it takes you everyday to understand the program - stay in contact everyday. If it takes once a month...
