I will give you another example but this time it has to do with music. So if Mozart was able to identify a superstar that is exactly the way you will identify which affiliate in your team is a superstar and give the world something to talk about.

In the the Rules of Success I have read the one That says Lead by example so I saw a quote in there that says " You don't lead by Lip service" This means that you don't teach your affiliates by telling them what to do but by doing.

For example if you want to teach your downline to get signups and TC members by using SBuilder then you have to use it yourself and then your downline will see your SBuilder Badge and then they to will start to use it.

Speaking of setting an example lets say that you won a pack of 50 affiliates at PriceBender auctions and then you post a picture and a message saying that you won then guess what happens your downline will see your post on Facebook and they will also participate in the auctions.

So what I am saying is that your downline will see what you are doing and they will copy you because they are silent witnesses. So this is the case of monkey see monkey do.

Advertising in general is the best way to get downline but as a Sponsor it is your job to do the work of testing and even spending money in order to know which websites get results and which ones don't. SFI the provides you the tools to teach your affiliates which places give results by using you leadership page or PSA/ Genealogy mailer to communicate with them.

I apologize for not teaching you actual methods because I see that you already know how to build your downline so all you need to do is set the example. On the To-Do List you get 100 points for setting an advertising coop for your affiliates so it is obvious that you will add your 5 most active ones so that they can receive a share of the sign-ups that you receive so how do you teach them about this? Well one of the ways is by having your own website or blog so that you can educate your downline and then create a fan page on Facebook so that your affiliates can ask you questions and you put your answers in there. So by doing these things you are setting an example for your downline.

Remember the best way to teach your downline in general is by teaching your affiliates to do all the things that you are already doing.

You have to explain that here on SFI there are two kinds of points, one called Action and the other Sales.

Action points are earned when you complete a specific action on the to do list so you should show them the list so that the new affiliates can see what the actions are and how many points they can get for completing that action.

Sales Points: Here you have to introduce your affiliates to the TripleClicks store so that they can see some of the products and understand that every product has a certain number of points attached to them and tell them that in order to earn these points they have to buy the product(s) themselves or sell them to someone.

Glossary definition is simply put that Versapoints are points that every affiliate earns by completing a simple task on the to do list, but in reality there is more than one way to get Versa points.

If you want to put it in the simplest way possible tell them that in SFI the objective is to get the highest amount of points every month so that they can make money but also to become a Team Leader because as an EA or Team Leader they have 6 ways to make money as opposed to being an affiliate who has only 2 ways to make money ( for more detail go to the Compensation plan). This paragraph should answer the question as to what the VersaPoints are used for. Main point: VersaPoints are for making money everymonth but more importantly it is to obtain and maintain the rank of a team leader because Team Leaders have more income streams than ordinary affiliates.

You must also warn your affiliates that accumulating Versapoints every month is an easy and fun way to make money but it will not make very much cash because the real money maker comes from Selling Products on TripleClicks, and Sponsoring Affiliates here is where you have to explain the Duplication Process because this is the most powerful moneymaker because in the end a Team Leader with a Team of 5 or more duplicated affiliates will give allot more VersaPoints than an affiliate working alone and accumulating VersaPoints alone, a Downline Team will accumulate allot of VP on your behalf (Residual and Leverage Income).

This question can be answered in one single word Honesty. That has to be from the first moment that you send a personal warm greeting to your new affiliates letting them know upfront what their potentials for success will be but also warn them up front that they will not get rich quickly. The truth may disappoint them at first but they will come to know your honesty that they will trust you. If you are like the boy who cries wolf at first they will believe you but then after knowing that you lie to them then you will never be trusted again.

You must also be reliable because affiliates want to know that you are available 90 percent of the time when they send you emails or if they want to chat with you here on SFI for support, the new ones need the most help because the affiliate center gives them lots of materials but they are just in the process of getting to know their way around and with soooooo many material it will take them thousands of hours to sift through unless they can count on you to fish out the appropriate materials for them and then give them the links to copy and paste so that you make the job easier for them. The point is affiliates trust a sponsor who is always available to answer their questions and to help them find the materials they need when it comes to learning any part of the business they wish to know.

You must also be attentive to the specific needs of your affiliates because each affiliate is going to be located in different countries in the world so you should take the time to interview your affiliates in order to get a background on their situations or challenges they might face when trying to succeed on SFI, so you should encourage them to set their goals when setting their personal profile so that you can see how you can help them to achieve these goals.


In summary in order to develop trust you must always be honest, reliable, and attentive( Be a good listener!)

The point is that in order to know all the possible ways of getting Versapoints you should regularly see this list so that you can see the actions available and the points you will get for these actions.

Daily, weekly, and monthly activities are just one way to get Versapoints but in order to get more versapoints than these then I recommend the following.

Tripleclicks: You get Sales VP when you shop here, because the more points you get the more money you make and also you get to know allot of good products so that you can then recommend them to people you know so that you can promote. In other words you buy products you try them and then the ones you like you can then recommend them to friends, family, co workers so that they too can buy them. shopping does not necessarily mean you buy products but you will know which products are selling the most on TC so that you can choose wisely which ones to promote on Facebook, twitter etc.... in order to generate sales. I personally recommend that you also buy products on the last week of every month so that you can have more products to review the next month.

STANDING ORDER: The one I have gives me 3000 VP per month because it is packed in TCredits. I have a pack of 125 and 100 mixed together plus 3 TCredits so if you want to know how many TCredits I get per month then you do the math!

Reviews: You get 25 Versapoints for reviewing a product that you purchased by this I mean physical products sent to you in the mail and not digital products such as ebooks sent to your email.

Gift Card distribution: 10 VP per Card! I do this every month and I earn 300 VP a month. The benefits to this is that when the gift cards get redeemed you get a new TC member and you also have the possibility of generating a sale.

Team Leadership and Support: This means that you have a team of PSA's and you will get anywhere between 100 to 300 VP when they become EA2 and Team Leaders.

Payoneer Debit Card: This gives you a huge 500 VP and also the benefit of having this debit card is that you can receive your SFI payments on this and conveniently withdraw the money. You have to have at least $30.00 in commissions to qualify.

You do not have to convince because the decision is up to your downline. Your job as a Sponsor or co sponsor is to provide them information about the benefits of a standing order. SFI has lots of info about a standing order and its benefits all you have to do is write them team mails once a week or twice a month telling them where to find this information and even giving them the links so that they can read the material themselves.

You also share your personal experience with having a Standing order for example in my experience I always get entries on the Daily Grand even when I miss a day of logging in and visiting the red tabs I always have 2 entries from the standing order so if I were you I would share that with my downline when I chat or email them.

More important than the SO is to maintain EA every month and even becoming a team leader so that they can earn CSAs every month. From this standing order I earned 59 co-sponsored affiliates.

Accumulating Versapoints: There are three types that an affiliate can accumulate. Action points is earned by doing the daily, weekly and monthly activities on the to do list. Sales points are accumulated with a standing order and buying products on Tripleclicks. Selling products earns them money from the executive pool and Direct commissions which come straight out of the customer's pocket.

Versapoints Matching is the third type of Versapoints that can only be earned by being an EA2 or team leader and sponsoring affiliates. They must have active affiliates and co sponsored affiliates to earn these points because each member has to accumulate sales and action VP.

The most important thing about gift card distribution is to explain what store they need to get into and was to understand instructions on how to redeem these cards. You must tell people that these cards cannot be redeemed for cash but it can be used to buy any kind of product that is worth up to $12.00.

Online distribution comes in handy because you can buy digital cards without having to spend money on shipping but in order to send these by email you need to desgn your own capture link with a page that explains what I spread mentioned above. The most important thing is that people know how to refer the TCredits but they also have to know all the benefits. The function of the capture link is to collect names and email addresses for you to enter into the gift card tracker once you distribute them.

Offline is using the physical cards and printing out a professional business letter using the Tripleclicks letterhead and envelope to advertise the Tripleclicks store and get referrals. In this one you give instructions on how to redeem but you also tell them to read the instructions in the back of the card. This is more costly because you pay for shipping and also you have to buy the letterhead and envelope.

Texting to your cellphone contacts can be an advantage by using the digital cards you can text them the tc link and redemption code so this form of advertising can be very effective and will not cost you a penny.

Lazy people do not succeed because they have the get rich quick mentality entrepreneurs are the opposite, they succeed because they have the right mindset and understand that it takes smart work, patience and dedication, so these are the people you should spend your energy with because not only will they succeed but so will you.

Answer this question, can you turn cheap glass into a diamond? Can a teacher produce talent where there is none? The answer is NO.

SFI Provides us all the training we need when it comes to advertising, and the internet. I can imagine that no matter how shy you are this may not be true with close friends and family so for them all you need to do is tell them you joined an affiliate marketing program and that you are trying it out for free and that they too should try it out because all training is free and if they don't like it they can always opt out and all you need to do is give them your SFI gateway. Do you really need internet savvy here? No.

So the point is that your are provided with methods that do not require internet savvy because these are the beginner methods some are 100% free and can be done in minutes. If you are too shy to talk then you can use your cellphone to send a text ad as a text message and ad your gateway.

Once you master the beginner methods then you should start looking at the internet income lessons that are in the training section on the black menu bar of the affiliate center. You can also go to the library or bookstores where you can get books to learn about the internet. You can also visit YouTube and iahabe.org for tutorials about the internet.

In simpler terms start with the beginner methods to help overcome shyness and at the same time go over the internet income lessons and look at SFI tutorial videos on youtube to learn about internet advertising.

One way to overcome shyness is to do Christmas shopping or shopping for other special occasion gifts to friends and family and then attach a greeting card with a TC gift card and SFI promo card inside to the gift. You can also add a gift card with a letter giving instructions on how to redeem the gift card when you go to a restaurant and pay the bill to the waiter as an addition to the tip.
