There is not a major change in the business strategy, because your earning depends upon sponsoring, duplication and sales of tripleclicks products like before. This strategy remains the same. There is a change in strategy to get a higher rank as explained below:

As far as New Team Leader qualification is concerned, this would compel you for a forced duplication, because for becoming a PTL now you need to help your down line and get four front line GTLs. You need to help them to become GTLs.

For becoming a GTL, you are required to have three front line STLs and for becoming an STL, you need to have two frontline BTLs. Without helping your downline, it is not possible to achieve your desired targets.

And similarly, if you just want to be a Team Leader as a Bronze Team Leader, still you need to have at least one Executive Affiliate under you.

Your strategy will depend upon the activities of your downline as it used to happen earlier, only it has become a bit tedious to gain a higher rank now. Now you need to take your team along with you to progress for a higher rank.

Good question. Why we need to join only SFI and not any other online business? The basic reason is SFI is a unique business and stands apart from other online businesses in many ways.

4. People in our region and country start knowing us well. They start building relationship with us and we become more & more famous in our country that helps our business to grow.

COMMUNICATION

Leveraged Income is a whole lot easier to build if you have open and easy communication channels. For starters, communication from you to your affiliates is a big part of how you duplicate yourself.

DUPLICATION NEEDS STRONG COMMUNICATION

It doesn’t matter how intelligent, rich, energetic, or dynamic you are—we are all limited to the same 24 hours a day. By sponsoring other affiliates, however, you can overcome this limitation. By sponsoring, you can essentially clone yourself and have dozens, hundreds, even thousands of people all working indirectly on your behalf on their time—and receive a percentage of everything they earn!

Sponsoring affiliates also builds security for your business. Why? In most traditional businesses, what happens if you become ill or disabled and are unable to service your customers? Or perhaps you just want to take a vacation. Whatever the case, you could lose most, if not all, of your income overnight because it relies on your being there. That’s not owning your own life, and that’s certainly not financial freedom!

It's through communication that you can teach your affiliates how to succeed in SFI (i.e. duplication). And it's through communication that you'll build relationships with your affiliates—which is very, very important. Think about it. Do YOU want to make money for someone who offers no support or assistance? Of course not. It's the same thing with the affiliates you sponsor. If they feel you do not care about them, they will not want to build their businesses because they will not want to see their hard work benefiting some stranger they never hear from. OK, so HOW do you communicate with your affiliates? How do you make sure they know you are out there and available to assist them?

Very easily.

First of all, you need to set up a Greeting for your affiliates HERE (https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting). Once you've set this up, all of your new affiliates, upon logging in at the SFI Affiliate Center for the first time, will see an alert that you've left them a message. By clicking on this alert, they'll then be able to read your message. This is an easy, automatic way to get off to a great start in building relationships with your affiliates. Next, you'll want to develop some form of regular outgoing communications. We recommend a weekly or bi-weekly e-mail. 2. Read START, LAUNCHPAD & SFI BASICS and learn every thing given there free. On the contrary you get Versa Points to read articles and the lessons of LAUNCH PAD

3. Now lets consider about recruiting/sponsoring new affiliates to grow your team. This can also be done freely as given below:

(a) Use free classifieds to post your SFI and TripleClicks Ads.
(b) Join about 20 good Safe lists and advertise your SFI and TripleClicks gateways on these safe lists free.
(c) Join about 10 good Traffic Exchange Websites and be free members. Advertise your gateways, links and banners free on these TEs.
(d) Go to Blogger.com and make a free Blog for advertising your TripleClicks products and SFI services free of cost on your blog. Advertise your blog link free of your Traffic Exchanges daily for one hour.

You have asked a question which concerns all of us. Every Team Leader has dozens of affiliates under them who start off with great enthusiasm, but due to some reason stop working for themselves.

One thing we must remember that such type of affiliates are much better than the affiliates who do not start at all after joining in. So we still have some hope to achieve certain degree of success with those who started with great gusto and then stopped.

Here comes our role as a leader. We should click on their profile to understand them and their situation/difficulties before deciding how to deal with them or how to help them. For that we need to do the following:

1. Contact them by e-mail.
2. Send them motivational messages on PMs
3. Invite them on Facebook.
4. Offer them T-Credits.
5. Offer them Gift Certificates if they promise to restart working.
6. Gift Cards should be sent with an expiry date, so that the money comes back to you.
7. Re-assign them with some active PSAs to work under them.
8. Teach them how to advertise SFI & TC Gateways on Safe Lists & Traffic Exchange websites.
9. Teach them how to use free advertising resources.
10. In fact, you too can advertise their SFI & TC links on your TE Websites.

Not everyone loves SFI. Only the ones, who are active, login daily, do their daily, weekly and monthly actions are the people who really love SFI.Some of the people who loved SFI and worked for it passionately are Millionaire today because of SFI.

As far as I am concerned, if anyone asked me what I love about SFI , I would say:

1. that I love SFI so much that I cannot live without SFI. I can miss my breakfast, lunch or dinner, but I will log in to SFI somehow.

2. I dream about SFI everyday. Get ideas to prpmote SFI. Next day after getting up, I apply those ideas practically to reach my goal.

3. I love SFI as I can operate it from anywhere, home, Internet café or mobile or laptop. I can operate my SFI business even while flying from ONE PLACE to ANOTHER.

4. I am very passionate about SFI. I started in 2009 and quit in 2010 due to financial st backs. I loce SFI so much that I rejoined it again in 2011.

5. SFI is a TRUE legitimate business, I have seen in my last 10 years. I joined many businesses on the Internet. But no one is better than SFI as they are already here for the last 17 years and are going to stay for ever.

6. I loved SFI so much that I use to do it part-time when I was in service. After retirement I am doing it full-time. I love doing my SFI business from home in my shorts.
