There is no way to ASSURE that all of your team members duplicate your actions.

There are going be quite a lot of people who either do not understand the power, or believe in the merits of duplication. You can only explain the importance, the process and how they will benefit from duplication in SFI. It is then up to them to follow through and take action.

Tripleclicks Gift Certificates can be used to reward affiliates for their efforts. Whenever one of your PSAs achieves a new rank or other milestone give them a gift certificate as a sign of your appreciation. After all, you would not be where you are without their hard work.

Do you have a worker in your team that is trying really hard but not quite making it to the EA level? Reward them too! They are here because they want to be successful and the effort they put in should be given due credit, whether they are making it to the next level or not. Encourage them and reward them whenever possible. A gift certificate helps them with their VP when they use it to purchase from Tripleclicks and could mean the difference in them qualifying for EA before the end of the month.

'Leaders are Readers'

All leaders have 'developed' into what they are today and in most cases it has been through reading the right information. They do not stop there though. A leader will then take action upon the knowledge they have gained and help others to duplicate their knowledge and action. It is through this that they attain leadership qualities.

In the case of SFI you can become a great leader by reading and understanding the way in which the SFI business operates, applying that knowledge and helping your own team members to duplicate.

+ Goal oriented

Being a leader also means being organised. If you cannot organise yourself you have very little hope of organising or teaching others. To improve in this area you should be reading books about management. Although there are many management books I would like to suggest just one to you.

I would not recommend attempting to set up your SFI business on Autopilot.

Any real business needs someone at the wheel to steer and monitor progress. SFI is a REAL business.

You should be doing exactly what you expect your team members to do. Sign in each day and go through the daily actions, being sure to read the information and supporting your team members along the way.

Back in 2010 I dropped out of SFI for 10 months for personal reasons. At the time I stopped signing in had a good team of active affiliates, a standing order to keep me at EA and my business and profits were growing. When I came back in 2011 most of my active team members had stopped signing in, SFI had changed (for the better) but I had a difficult time understanding the changes and gaining momentum.

I made contact with team members who had left SFI and they told me they dropped out because I was not there to support them and respond to their questions. I felt bad about letting them down and told them so. Only 2 of them came back to SFI after that ad I didn't blame the rest for not coming back.

Today I sign in every day and I enjoy helping my team members and I know they appreciate my support.

So in summary, you might try to set your SFI business up on autopilot but I believe you will see a decline in your active team members and your commissions.

Lead by example and be there when your team members need you. Don't expect to get very far on autopilot

If you are new to SFI you are better off choosing one course at a time. For example; concentrate on building a team first, support them and help them to become profitable. When you have achieved at least 5 active team members who are achieving EA2 or above you have mastered this course and can easily duplicate it again.

Move onto your nest course. Start referring customers to Tripleclicks. When you have mastered this move on to your next course etc. etc. etc.

Taking a 'scattergun' approach to your SFI business will create frustration and ultimately failure. You need to master each income stream in turn.

You do not have to start with sponsoring or referring customers. You choose what you believe will be the best for you and your skill set.

Every REAL business takes time to profit. I personally cannot think of one that has made a profit without the business owner first gaining knowledge, taking action and following through.

Many new affiliates expect to be earning big income from the very beginning, usually because they have read some advertising or websites claiming this or that. When they get to SFI they WANT that.

As their sponsor your need to show them that this is not going to happen here or any where else (except winning a lottery and we all know the chances of that happening)

* Tell them they need the knowledge (Launchpad, SFI Basics and your support)
* Tell them they need to take ACTION (Advertise and Promote their business (see Sponsoring and Marketing)
* Tell them to ask others in the SFI forum and to pay attention to the Successful leaders (see Leader Boards)

BUT ----- Most of all LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, REWARD THEM FOR THEIR EFFORTS ( see AWESOME SPONSOR, REASSIGNMENTS, TCREDIT TRANSFERS, GIFT CERTIFICATES)

That is the biggest ENCOURAGEMENT you can give them. Create your own success and give them something to live up to. Be on the leader boards yourself and show them what you do to be successful (see DUPLICATION)

Becoming a Bronze Team Leader with SFI is the first step to the real SFI income. Although the formula below concentrates on the Daily Actions and Purchases you can accumulate Versapoints (VP) in other ways.

It is important to NOT CONCENTRATE ON VERSAPOINTS! You should always concentrate on building your team by sponsoring new affiliates (PSAs), introducing new customers (PRMs) and Ecommerce Associates (ECAs) to Tripleclicks. You should also be promoting the products and auctions on Tripleclicks to your friends, social network connections and anyone else you can show them to. If you do this successfully your VP will be there for you.

Becoming a BTL each month consistently will bring you income, but if you follow the following formula and teach your affiliates to do the same you will not remain at BTL. You will be PUSHED to Silver Team Leader (STL) by means of the VP you will earn from your Leadership Activities (you will see this section on your VP Ledger). That is how SFI works.

Now let's get you to Bronze Team Leader!
How I get to BTL each month without taking into account the VP earned from leadership activities.

Standing Tcredits order = 2000 VP
DAILY ACTIONS: 30x11 = 330 VP
3. WEEKLY ACTIONS: TEAM MAIL to downline
PSA Mailer: 4 x 30 = 120 VP
Tconnect: 4 x 5 = 20 VP
Streampost: 4 x 3 = 12 VP
Total: 152 VP

4. MONTHLY ACTIONS:
Rating your sponsor/ co-sponsor = 10 VP
Setting up monthly goal = 5 VP

5. 500 Auction Bids = 500VP
The 500 Tcredits for bidding come from my standing order - 3 x TCredit Pak (100 TCredits)--Special SFI Standing Order only, $29 (reg. price $42), winning Tcredit auctions and/or purchasing more Tcredits using my Member Reward Points. Mostly when I bid it is on auctions that have Double MRP to ensure I am building up an MRP bank to purchase more Tcredits.

6. Minimum of 1 Gift Card Distribution = 10VP

Total VP = 3002 VP - The minimum requirement for Bronze Team Leader is 3000 VP with a maximum of 2000 VP from purchases.

NOTE: If you have a monthly Standing Order you will receive 100VP each month which would bring your total to 3102 VP which is 102 VP above the minimum requirements for Bronze Team Leader.

If you cannot afford to purchase to make up 2000 VP or cannot complete one of the items above you have 102 VP as leeway.

A very common mistake is that you need to SELL SFI and Tripleclicks. Do not try and sell the business. Your excitement and attitude towards your SFI business make people take notice.

"DO NOT" try to introduce the SFI business to a person on your first meeting. It takes time to build trust. Meeting with the person more than once (3-6 times) will usually build enough trust between you.

If it is a family member or close friend who trusts you you can show them straight away, just don't let them talk you out of your SFI business. They may try to PROTECT you.

You should ask a person questions about what THEY do rather than what YOU are doing. I like to use the following F.0.R.M. formula because it is easy to remember.

F.amily - ASK ABOUT THEIR FAMILY
O.ccupation - ASK ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYMENT/WORK AND WHY THEY DO IT
R.ecreation - ASK ABOUT THEIR INTERESTS AND WHAT THEY LIKE TO DO IN THEIR SPARE TIME
M.otivation - ASK WHAT MAKES THEM DO THE JOB THEY DO AND IF THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR LIFE

The above should be conversational, not an interview!

If you show a genuine interest in another person they will be willing to listen to you.

If you are pressed for time or are only likely to see the person once just leave a Tripleclicks X-Card (https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=5597) or your business card with them and get their contact information then FOLLOW UP and see if they are interested in getting together again.

Remember - DO NOT TRY TO SELL THE SFI BUSINESS, DO NOT TRY TO INTRODUCE THEM TO SFI ON THE FIRST MEETING

When a person asks you what you do tell them

"I earn an income online using just my computer at home' - LET THEM ASK YOU HOW OR THEY MAY SHOW AN INTEREST

"I can show you how if you are interested? Perhaps you would like to join me? It won't cost you anything but a bit of time"


If the answer is negative leave it there, do not try to push. When you meet with the person again they may ask you how things are going with your business. Say "GREAT and I can still show you how if you are interested!"

Let them make a decision, DO NOT TRY TO SELL IT TO THEM.
