How do you keep your affilliates motivated when they don't make any money their first month?

I keep them motivated by letting them know that they are building a growing monthly residual check and SFI is not a quick get rich business. Keep it simple, have fun, follow instructions and do the things necessary to get the results.Have patience,make a commitment to work the business and learn all you can and success will come. Make sure that you understand how you get paid by studying the compensation plan.

When they see their Versapoints growing and start getting a feel of the business.The more understanding of how SFI works and how you make money will keep you motivated to stay focused and continue to work to get the results that you desire.

By showing them How easy it is to make EA.They must know how inportant is to make EA and keep that status. if they want to to make SFI a success for them. Decide..Commit.Succeed! Just do it!

One who knows how to train, teach and motivate your Group.Be the example first..by doing the things to get results..like making the VP Leaderboard. Also have some type of outside training for your organization.
