Once you have them we know our job is to work with the workers. When you have your aces you will help them grow their team and teach them how to get started and develop those EAs. It is a numbers game.

You have to prepare yourself to be an effective sponsor. Lead by example and never expects others to do what you have not done. If you are somehow able to sponsor a great team of PSAs without sponsoring hundreds then by all means go for it. However you'll still want to grow your downline via Co-op participation and PSA reassignments. The key is to develop an effective strategy to reach your goal.

Some products that are good for your SFI business are not suitable as Standing Order purchases. You want to buy these products on an as need basis and some products are only suitable for one time purchases only. The W3 is a good example.

To keep it simple your best option would be the 125 TCredits for $36.25 other than that you could focus on PSAs to Go, S-Builder or any number of the ECA products that will assist you in growing a team.

You could work out a combination of products on Standing Order that are good for building your SFI business but you will be limited if you are confined to the 1500 VP.

It depends on what you mean by emails. I would not send them emails direct from my personal email account. You should be sending supportive messages to ALL PSAs and CSAs at least once a week. The methods you would employ to accomplish this would be with the SFI PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer or Genealogy Mailer and E-Cards.

You never know when one of your inactive team members will open and read one of your messages and begin working as a result of what you had to say.

The reason some PSAs or CSAs give for opting out is to many emails. You don't want to over do it or send copy and pasted material we all receive on a weekly basis from SFI. My sponsor was doing this to me and I hated it. I would read stuff she would send me and receive the exact same thing later that same day from SFI.

If you use your personal email account you risk contacting someone who has opted out. You don't want to risk that. It would be alright to use your personal email account on certain occasions, just be sure they're your top movers and stable in SFI.

It all comes down to personal preference and goals. Personally the games do not interest me even if they have a reward attached to them. I just never liked online gaming. The only kind of games I like are done sitting around a table with friends or family. I have played Pick the Price, Time Machine a little bit, and I used up all my Eager Zebra Express "tokens" on the Gold Streak. That's one game I wouldn't waste a single TCredit on. I would prefer seeing better management and improvements to the ECA Program (more buying and selling).

My personal preference is in the Price Benders Penny Auctions, Daily Grand Drawings and T-Time. I believe these will help your SFI business the most because they have been in place long before the Eager Zebra Games were introduced. They are time tested and proven because many SFI Affiliates moved up in the ranks becoming SFI Superstars without the use of any games.

If you have a website or blog you can work on them or start one if you have not done so. You can work on advertising your SFI and TripleClicks Gateways. Research and study on any subject that would benefit your SFI business. Share some of your own success stories with others about SFI and TripleClicks. Handout cards and flyers. Introduce the ECA Program to prospects in you town. Place adds both free or payed. Be passionate, creative, stay focused and always be prepared to keep moving.

This is an excellent question. Thank you for asking it. If I could completely start over again I would have established communication with the person who is now my sponsor. I would have asked all the right questions to establish if this person was going to be a suitable sponsor. Had I done that I might have confirmed the worst and gone searching online until I found one that would fit the profile of an awesome sponsor. It is regrettable to me that I did not take this opportunity to establish communication when this person was my Facebook Friend.

I realize many of you did not have such an opportunity to reach out prior to joining. This is was my experience - my story and I'm sticking to it.

With Observation 101 I see that Awesome Sponsors and Strong Supportive Uplines know how to duplicate and build huge Teams.

Before I send an a2a Friend Request I establish first that they're active. I made my own rule that if any of them have not logged-in 30 or more days I remove them. I find this exercise interesting because I have removed many and I suspect this trend will continue.

With these two scenarios established I now consider what would be better - leave for 6 months and come back under "strong" SUPPORT or end up inactive for over a year until removal?

I hope you have found my experience interesting and helpful. Maybe more will be done to make SFI a STRONG FUTURE for more than the a few who remain the MOVERS.

Take great care and precision in preparing your answers in advance of submitting them. This can be done by composing a draft within your email. After you are satisfied with the results you can then copy and paste to ASK SC.

Make sure you understand the question and answer it - not getting off track. Some tend to go off into other areas that have nothing to do with the subject or question. Stay with with the facts and don't make it to complicated. Make it interesting and engaging to the reader. Content is King!

Take some writing lessons if need be. Study the top ten Ask SC writers and how their content is laid out. Utilize observation - called Observation 101.

Important: Make sure you know and follow the Ask SC Rules.

Key importance: Never Hurry! You can do a rough draft and then sleep on it. This process allows you the opportunity to meditate on it. Each time you do this you will find yourself coming back with renewed focus. This process of editing will make a BIG difference.

Assisting them in building their team as long as they meet certain criteria. At some point you must turn them loose to likewise do the same for their team after the manner and example you provided them. They must assume the role of a leader and lead by example. SFI provide us with Ads and Banners for our advertising campaigns. Unless you are a STL you can not use your own ads anyway. You must be a STL or higher before you can have your own ads approved by SFI. Take a look at the ads SFI provides and then you will know what size ads are recommended.

Less is generally better. More or less information can also depend on your advertising medium. Factors like cost and restrictions on number of characters allowed.

There is also a certain degree of risk when you shop at a psychical store. Think! You have the option of isolating yourself and ceasing from enjoying certain privileges in life; but 'why would you?'

Some people are so set in their ways they'll not make online transactions no matter how convincing you are that it is safe. You probably have a better chance getting through to such people simply by being a customer yourself and letting them know how you've been compensated when something went wrong. Technology can have it occasional mishaps; but we know when these things happen we're always taken care of and the problem is fixed. Why place limitations on yourself; going through life worrying about what could happen?

One individual I know that will not make online transactions emailed me asking me for my email address. I had the most difficult time convincing him that he already had my email address because he emailed me. So you can guess for some it is because of their own ignorance that they do not make online transactions. Maybe this lack of understanding how things work makes them feel more vulnerable online.

TripleClicks has thousands of ECAs all over the world with products shipping from and to different locations worldwide. In such an environment there is no guarantee a product will be delivered. As an ECA myself I can not guarantee delivery on my products that ship worldwide. The best reassurance I can give is what I was told by my drop shipper. They said, it is rare for a product not to reach its destination.

Although my products ship worldwide I have three countries in my Shipping Notes that my products do not ship. A customer from one of these countries did order and I had to refund them. There may be other countries besides these three; but I can not include them until I know differently. When you have products moving around the world there are many variables and a host of things that can go wrong that are know fault of the ECA or TripleClicks. Not all customer expectations can be met all the time. That's reality!

Some of my customers have not given ideal ratings because their product had not yet arrived by the time they gave the review. Most promise to update their review; but unfortunately most seldom do. One customer gave a very poor review because the product had not arrived yet; but continued to order the same product without ever updating the review. You can not always trust customer reviews. Without proper discernment you can not see things as they should be. Tracking is recommended at TripleClicks but not required. I pay the shipping cost and offer free shipping worldwide. There just isn't enough profit margin to include tracking. And it would be unwise to inflate the price of my products to include tracking.

If TripleClicks was able to calculate the shipping costs outside the U.S. then it would be easier to have the customer pay the shipping costs. Were it so I could afford to cover the cost of tracking on behalf of the customer.
