How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?

By examples. How many businesses that are truly successful have been built overnight? I personally cannot name any. Even SFI has been built over a long period of time starting back in 1998!

That is an easy answer - YOU ARE
There are no tools in SFI that work without your hand. If you look at ALL of the successful SFI affiliates they are ACTIVE AND USING THE TOOLS. Whether that is one gateway link or all of the marketing banners and emails, they must be active to build a successful SFI business.

This is a people driven business and you must keep that in the top of your mind at all times. There is no SFI without the people.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

You should communicate with your sponsor when:

* You have a question that you cannot find an answer to on the SFI site
* When your sponsor rewards you for your efforts through reassignments, gift certificates or Tcredits (it is polite to say thank you)
* When you sponsor asks you to answer them with regards to a coop or other business building scheme
* When you feel you are getting a bit lost or feeling stagnant with your SFI business

You need to change your approach. Sorry, that was a bit obvious :-)

Think about how you are trying to attract new team members. Are you really 'attracting' them or are you trying to 'convince' them? There is a huge divide between 'attract' and 'convince'.

The best way to 'attract' people is to ask questions about them until they start asking questions about you. When they do start asking questions about you.

If you are referring to online target groups your best option is to search thr Internet or Social Media system to find your target market. As an example; 'stay at home mums' would have sites and groups that they favour. Identify these and look for the advertising opportunities.

DO NOT HIJACK FORUMS OR PUSH the SFI business onto group members. You will only end up banned or ignored. Look for the correct places for advertising and follow any site or group rules.

See that search box at the top of the page? Type 'Versapoints' in there, click on your keyboard 'Enter' key and see all the answers relating to Versapoints.

You can put just about any keyword relating to SFI in that box and find an answer. If you cannot find the answer by doing that, ask your upline or post a question in the forum.

You will hear most of the points over and over again as you journey through SFI. I hope my input helps you and others in some way.

Your prospects will want to know something about SFI before they begin and this should be kept to the very basics. Telling them too much will only confuse and discourage them.

My personal view is you should be concentrating on INTRODUCING YOURSELF AND YOUR COMMITMENT to the prospective team member's success. As there is no obligation to invest or continue with SFI have your prospect sign up and then give them personal support as a part of your team. SFI does a good job

First thing you need to do is sponsor some team members :-)

Without team members you cannot be a team leader. Yes, you can achieve Bronze Team Leader or above but there really is no point unless you have some PSAs to lead and support. You will gain no additional revenue worth talking about and you will be investing your funds just for 'status'.

To become a great salesperson you need to read books. There are many available on the subject and you can read a lot but, the main thing is to practice what you learn as PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.
