How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

It is very good and important to get re-energized with SFI in 2016. This is planning ahead as well as taking stock of 2015. To be able to do this, there's need to evaluate our SFI business as a whole.
We have to evaluate the time we spend on our business. Is the time enough? If the answer is no, we have to create avenue in 2016 to have more time for our business. And if creating additional time is not possible, we plan ahead on how to maximize the available time to get better result.
To re-energized, we check back our advertisements and promotions in 2015. Keep does producing desired results and either discard others or re- strategize them for reuse in 2016. Advertisement plays a vital role in our business and must be given attention to boost our moral and the business.
Another area is our financial investment. If 2015 has be poor on return on investment, there's need to check the loopholes and correct them. Maybe we spent money on low return activities or unwise investment, we checkmate and do better in the coming year. A good year on our investment should propel us to plan ahead and earn much more. Increase is the reason for doing businesss.
Finally, one has to identify activities that negatively affects ones business now to avoid them in the new year. To re-energized, there must be good use of time, energy and resources.

The best ways to get your affiliates interested in and engaged in TripleClicks selling is by knowing their goals for joining SFI business and there passion.
Once any of my new affiliate has read SFI BASICS and complete there Getting-Started Action, I engage them in a private chat via instant messenger. I know that everybody join to earn money. My aim of checking the goal with them is to know the level of hunger in them. It also afford me the opportunity to have a "little" idea of the affiliate. If my chat goes well, I can introduce TripleClicks slowly. If not, I take the second step.
My second step is to know their passion or hobbies. This strategy gives me the opportunity of telling the affiliate how he or she can make money from their passion or hobby. If he loves basketball, I introduce Uber- basketball. If she's crazy for necklaces, I introduce the fashion department to her. After the introduction, I give them time to check it out. My next conversation to them is how to make money from their passion.

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

Your affiliate blocking you is sad. If they block you and opt- out of SFI, they are lost to you. But if they block you and still remain in SFI ( you will know this from your Genealogy page), there is still hope to communicate.
Keep sending your team mail to them. The mail will not be delivered to their email box but will still be delivered to their email inbox in SFI. Anytime they open their SFI inbox, they will find your mail. All you have to do now is to improve or change your messages style to them ( you can learn how to compose awesome mails to your team at

Another way of reaching out to the affiliates that blocked you, if they are not opt-out, is the use of instant message tool on your homepage. It is located at top right corner of your page, above the thump up picture above your profile picture. This tool is powerful to send messages to them. It is a chatting tool. Again, make good and concise messages to them.

Finding the best places to advertise SFI is easy if you know who SFI is looking for. SFI is a business for:
- People that have access to internet;
- People who need residual income or full time job;
- People who want to go global with their goods/services;
- People interested in Home Business.
Identifying the target audience, which is huge, the next task is listing down where to find them. They best ways is to advertise SFI with every available resources around you. You can do one-on-one, share flyers, paid advert, social network advertising, personal blog or website, etc.
To know the best places is for you to do key code for each of the advertising method you employ. Keep record of each key code and the place it's serving. After this, watch your Hit Tracking and signing up lists to see where most hits comes from. This will give you the best idea where to advertise your SFI business.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

Fund is not required to keep ones PSAs active. What is required of a sponsor is the believe he/she has in SFI and be able to guide his/her team to grow. When you have no fund but have PSAs who are faithful to their SFI business, these are ways to encourage them;
1. Be a source of encouragement to them. Make your team mails a motivational tool to them regularly. In your newsletter to them, appreciate their efforts at moving up and give them tips to move further.
2. Be the resource person for your PSAs. Make it a duty to alert your PSAs of new development in SFI like any new product, games, policy change or testimony of encouragement. Tell them when the new Spin and Win begins. This activities will encourage them a lot.
3. Be their guardian. Always inquire periodically from your PSAs if their is any issue, on their SFI business, they need you to put them through. You guide will keep them active.
4. Always remind them to aim high to earn big. They deserve to be at the top and you always proud having them in your team.
With these few tips,I believe your PSAs will remain active.

Being a student and teacher in SFI at the same time is what most become the first day they joined SFI. Some takes weeks to become while others it's months. Being successful in this role requires the following.
As a student, you need to be:
Reading regularly; Ask questions for clarity; Emulate leaders doing well in the business; Participate daily in most activities in SFI; Understand the working of SFI and Aim High.
As a teacher, you need to be:
Patient person; Lead by example; A good listening; and a Motivator.
When you combine the qualities together, I believe you will be successful as a student and a teacher in SFI.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

Your PSAs and CSAs depend on you for a life time.
For as long as they and you remain SFI member, they will always depend on you. Remember that you are their leader and they look unto you for guidance. Also, they trust you to help that is why they keep asking.
PSAs and CSAs are "our family" and we must be available to help them the need arises. Look at your PSAs and CSAs as your children. You need to be supportive, within the SFI platform, to your PSAs and CSAs until they stop asking. Never see help seeking as a burden but see it as a priviledge to assist. Also remember that helping them also means building your business.
