How do I advertise if I want to reach a specific target group?

Targeted advertising has been part of the Internet experience since the late 1990s. If you want to reach specific target group, the easiest way is to pay for advertising. You can use Facebook or AdWords.It is not difficult to put there your advertising, you should just follow their instructions.But, of course, you're the one who should determine what's your target group.
Another way is cheaper but requires much more time and effort. You must first appoint who is your target audience. Then you have to made inquiry and find out which are the habits of your target group, where they gather and what they like and what they do not like... Then you put your ads in places that they visited (such as forums, chat rooms or Facebook group). Of course, you can put a flyer on the bulletin board, to leave flyers in some bars or organization or a travel agency...

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

It depends on where you give ad and where the target group is talking. If you put an ad on Facebook or classified ad sites it should be short, effective with striking images. Why? There are two reasons for this. People do not like to read and 70% of people the decisions taken on the basis of first impressions. When someone calls you, then you can give him a detailed explanation.
You can write on the flyers more detailed explanation, especially if you share them at the bus station or in front of the railway station. People here tend to wait and bored, so they will read anything.
In advertorials you need to give you a more detailed explanation.

Ways of selling via the Internet are different from direct sales. The shop assistant in the store on the basis of mimic of your facial muscles and movement knows what to say to you and how you sell the goods. The shop assistant make conversation with you and if he has good negotiating skills he will convince you to buy the goods.
Here you are not in direct contact with the customer. Goods are sold primarily commercial. So, your ads have to be very effective and must to attract customers. You do not have to have great negotiation skills but you have to find good place for advertising. You should to put a hundred ads every day and you must to work very hard. You have to be persistent, diligent and not give up. You have to constantly learn and to search for new methods. Be patient. Eventually something good will happen to you.

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

It is worthwhile to create individual, personalized letters to new PSA. Every man considers himself the only and unique human beings. We all love when someone is attentive to us, we may not want to admit it, but it is so. We all like to hear a nice thing and to feel welcome. If you take advantage of this information, your new member will feel privileged and special. he'll be happy that someone is bothered about it. He will get the impression that you genuinely care.
But you should send a welcome letter to new PSA who didn't fill his Affilate Profile. perehaps he was confuse and didn't know what to do. Indifference and neglect often do much more damage than outright dislike.

How do you get your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI?

I think that no one knows the real answer to your question. There are things that you can influence them, and there are things that do not depend on you. It is important to distinguish between them. Our job is to help our PSAs to start this business. We can greatly facilitate them, to support them and to give them advice.
We can direct them to the job, explain what is duplication, help them to menage at the site. We can show them how to play games. Moreover, we can not give them a list of sites for advertising and show how it works. But we can not put ads instead them. We can not play games instead them. We can not do their job for them. And it should not do.
All we can do is to give all of yourself and be honest about the job. Everything else depends on them. Each of our PSAs has to decide whether he wants to hook and crying for his life and wants to do something and change it.

Should my ads link to my own webpage/blog...or to an SFI Gateway? Which is the best approach and why?

It is easier to get your SFI Gateway.You cannot put lot of information in your add and people can register (people are curious and some of them like to click everywhere), but they won’t have clue what they should do and then they will give up. Of course, you get new PSA, but most of them will be inactive. Sometimes PSA don’t remember SFI web address and they don’t know how to back there. There are billions of ads and probably, they won’t find you, so then your PSA will register again and make problem his new sponsor…
I think it is better to link it to your blog. You will spend more time but you will look like the professional. You can put more information in your own blog. You can explain advantage of this job. Some of them will read it very carefully. Some of them will contact you before registration. Of course, you will get PSA who are only curious, but you can also get PSA who really want to work.

What are some ways to demonstrate to team members the importance of reading a little daily at the SFI Affiliate Center?

When my PSA’s start working, I explain them some things about SFI affiliate centre. They are very interested about money and I show them how to see their income (and their future income too). Also, I tell them that in Alerts tab they can see all news and other important things, Asc tab gets useful information about our job and the usual dilemma... People are very curious (especially about they income)and after while they spend there more and more time at SFI affiliate center.That become their habit and a habit is a very powerful thing.
At first they they did only their daily actions and had a look at they Scoreboard.Then they start going to forum and read articles about marketing methods.Then they begin to explore SFI affiliate center on their own.
Language is not a problem – there is a quit good translator at the right bottom of page.

When a person joins SFI the most important thing is to do Getting started and begin to work daily tasks. Of course it would be nice to become a fast track member or set SO - but this is not mandatory.
It is important to do Daily action, because You thus learn about marketing methods and management, you know the news and stay in the center of events. In addition, you get sharehol VPs that are essential to confirm your status. It is good for your morale and confidence.
Another important thing is marketing. Put advertisements everywhere. Do not hesitate. Be patient and do not give up and success will come.

Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

People are very curious. Most of them its attracted by your add (the picture or text). Some of them like to click everywhere and they have no idea where they go and what they do. Some of them want just to try. But mostly, they register and then they see their Homepage and have no clue what to do. Of course, some PSA feel confuse and insecure, some of them feel stupid and they give up instantly. Lot of people just want easy money and they don’t understand there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.

It’s happened so many changes in SFI in last few weeks. We all have so many questions. Some of us asked that questions at SFI forum and get answers and explanations. You can find there a lot of information about our work itself but and news and advises.
We all have doubts and yellow minutes. Sometimes we have problems whit our PSA, sometimes our friend and families don’t support us and make joke of our job. But at forum you can meet people who had or have same problems as you and you can get good advice how to prevail over that.
You can find there people who are willingly chare their experience and knowledge with you.
