Leadership is about seeing a great vision ahead - and you can only do that by being positive at all times; and in all spheres of life, SFI Business inclusive.

Besides, it is even better for you if your PSAs become Team Leaders so quickly. It adds up to your own 'bottom-line' in commissions that can accrue to you eventually.

You see, the keyword in advertisement is FOCUS.

Succinctly put, Advertising is an investment - a real time investment for that matter. And this five-letter word (focus) is the major reason for receiving the best Returns-on-Investment (ROI) in this type of business.

For instance, our SFI business is centered around a particular target group known as those looking for business opportunities online; or those trying to make money online; or those trying to learn how to make money online, etc.

So, if you want to advertise SFI business opportunity inside Newspapers and Magazines for instance, you must look into Tabloids that relate specifically to these types of target group; or put differently, Tabloids that allocate some of their pages to reviews of such business opportunities. You cannot, for example, expect to get great results from advertising business opportunities (like SFI) from 'soft-sell' tabloids that focus largely on 'gossips' or the like.

So, my friend, try to stay focused in your advertisement plans; and you will reach your desired target group with abounding results following.

In order to encourage your PSAs & CSAs to cultivate the habit of reading articles related to this SFI business, I would just want to highlight the following brief steps:--
1. Get to know each of your PSAs and CSAs personally.( Build relationship with each person).
2. Be a Reader yourself;
3. Note some significant points in certain Articles relating to SFI Business;
4. Try to draw their attention by asking them ‘inviting’ questions on certain articles regarding SFI business; (e.g. Have you seen the great benefits of SFI Business in LaunchPad Article Day No. …? (Insert the Day No. yourself). Then, bring out one or two salient points to ginger them to go and read that particular article.
5. Review a few articles and do a “summary of member benefits” to send to your PSAs/CSAs. Then, provide them with the URL link to that particular article; and tell them to click to read the full article.
Hopefully, with these few highlights, you could draw their interest and invite their attention more to reading. And in the process, they could actually cultivate that rather difficult but interesting habit of reading.
